I have a complete business strategy plan for faith-based businesses, that I know will help you to feel peace and see success in your business.
A Step-By-Step Business Strategy Plan For Faith-Based Businesses
1. Your business strategy plan starts with Brand Clarity
How can you get where you want to go if you don’t know exactly where you are going and who you want to serve? Get to know what your brand is and who you are serving.
What is the goal?
Journal out a vision for your brand.
Identify and map out an avatar that you want to serve.
Focus on service and implementation for your avatar.
Create a list of three to five things you can do that will serve your avatar for free every week.
Inventory what you are doing that is not making money, growing your audience, or serving your avatar, and then get rid of it.
What is my biggest secret to six figures and beyond? Give it all away for free.
5. Create a weekly content outlet like a podcast
When you are creating a brand that is going to scale and profit, the number one thing you need to do is to create a long-form content vessel. Long-form content is 15 minutes or more, like a podcast, a written blog, or a video training, that helps your avatar get from point A to point B.
Do this every week.
Long-form content takes about a year to gain a ton of traction.
Commit before the money comes in if you are going to do it, and do it well.
You have to do the work before you earn the money.
You will profit on top of a stable foundation.
Decide on one content outlet and show up at least once a week and do this for at least four weeks before moving on to the next step.
6. BONUS! Create a freebie
It is the free thing that helps you to grow your email list.
Start to capture those listeners on an email list.
The freebies that are most high converting are the ones that help the listeners, they are the things that your avatar is asking for. As you get to know your avatar on a deeper level, the more you will hear from them where they are stuck.
Keep creating as you get to know your community on a deeper level.
Solve efficiently, get to the root issue and solve the issue quickly.
No matter where you are in your business, there are so many incredible things down the pipeline for you and all you need to do is trust it. Using this business strategy plan for faith-based businesses will help get you to the point where you can wake up every day with passion and excitement about where you are headed.
