Today, I’m pulling back the curtains on Stefanie Gass and Team! We’re going behind the scenes as I look at my Q1. I’m going to share some personal reflections from this season as well as give you a business recap. What are my downloads on the podcast? Am I meeting my revenue goals? I want you to see what is truly possible when you partner with God to grow your business, and when you show up to work to glorify Him instead of the world.

Stefanie Gass & Team’s Q1 Review! Updates on Revenue Goals, Podcast Downloads, & More
Let’s start with a few personal updates! I went on a retreat with some high-level business owners and it changed so many things in my business. I’ll share more on that below.
I also led a marriage course with my husband through our church. It was such a blessing to be able to serve in this way, and also the only way I could get my husband to take a marriage course! I found myself helping family members navigate some hard situations. When I look back, I spend a lot of time just being a source of wise counsel for other people in my life.
My good friend Chelsi Jo Moore from the Systemize Your Life Podcast came to visit and we spent three days working on things in my business. I’m so blessed to have a friend who is gifted in creating systems for home and business to walk me through this for my business. You can get access to everything Chelsi helped me do by signing up for Systemize Your Biz.
Lastly, my son learned to ride a bike which is amazing because we are a huge mountain biking family. So many amazing things to praise God for!
Rebuilding My Operating System From the Ground Up to Support Our Revenue Goals
I came out of December with a hot-mess-express business. I went to my CEO Retreat with my mastermind group thinking I was doing really well in all the areas of my business, but I realized with their help that I had so much work that needed to be done.
Our entire internship program needed to be torn down and rebuilt.
I had team members focusing on projects that needed to go because they were not lead-generating or income-producing. They were not things that God called us to focus on.
With the help of Lydia, my Online Business Manager, and Polly and Chelsi, my mastermind gals, we were able to break down these big audacious things into bite-sized pieces. They helped make sure we had space and time to get each piece done.
Migrating the operating system was so tough, but I have never felt more clear and organized in my business. It’s made such a big impact that I now have a lesson inside Podcast to Profit where we teach you what system I’m using and how to set yourself up on that system. It’s pivotal for reaching your revenue goals that you have a functional operating system that supports you as a business owner.
Podcast to Profit Got a Major Update
I was invited to a retreat with other 6- and 7-figure business owners, most of whom were not believers. It was amazing to see how God used me in that space and I learned so many great strategies for my business that will help me achieve my revenue goals.
It was on this retreat that I decided to revamp Podcast to Profit. I knew I wanted to support people for longer and have it set up for people to join at any time instead of having to wait for specific times of the year. I ended up re-recording the entire course because I learned so much and the program deserved an update to reflect that. Doing this has helped me dig into what hyper-focus looks like, and has allowed me to be creative again. It’s a beautiful thing to get out of the mundane and into a project that stretches us and allows us to lean into our creativity.
We also ran our Profitable Podcast Bootcamp this quarter and it was a huge success! We had a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed learning the podcast fundamentals.
Did We Complete Our Q1 Projects?
I am happy to report that we were able to finish all of our projects! We finished rebuilding our internship program and it feels really streamlined. It’s a great way for people to earn scholarships into Podcast to Profit as well as learn how to grow a thriving business.
We’re also done with our operating system migration. I feel like we have all the right people on the team and in the right places. It feels completely aligned. It may not stay that way for long because every new level brings new challenges, but I can really feel the momentum of the company and feel the hand of God on the podcast, the company, and the revenue goals.
Q1 Metrics! What Are Our Podcast Downloads and Are We Meeting Our Revenue Goals?
I thought it would take us a couple of quarters to get on track with our big audacious goals because we were making so many changes. But I’m happy to report that we are doing super well! You never know what God is going to do but so far we are hitting all of the goals we set.
Podcast Metrics
We had our highest download month ever, with 52,700 downloads in March. This puts us at 1.24 million downloads for the show, which blows my mind. We also had the highest download day ever, with 2,887 downloads in a day.
Sales Metrics
We had the most sales come through in March, which is because of the bootcamp. That event ended up converting at 9.5%, which is huge. I was aiming for anything over a 5% conversion rate and we blew that out of the water. Bootcamps are so much fun but boy are they a lot of work! But they have been so successful for me that I now teach you how to run a highly converting bootcamp inside Podcast to Profit.
We have hit our revenue goals for Q1, we are actually $2,000 over our revenue goals. This is 79% higher than our Q1 goals from 2022, which is exciting.
Our Company Focus Heading Into Q2
I’m focused on completing the back office of Podcast to Profit. I’m going to begin migrating my other courses to the new course platform I’m using. I’ve got a whole podcast episode coming up to share why I’m choosing to move away from teachable and what I’m using instead.
I’ll also be celebrating my birthday and prepping for a mid-year retreat with my OBM, Lydia. We are launching our new internship and will be running that for the next 6 months. The next round of that will open in October if you are interested in joining the Stefanie Gass Team as an intern.
I am personally focused on visibility and podcast guesting. I want to spread the message that you can build a business with God at the center and make income and impact. You can live a life of fullness and purpose when you are operating out of your calling. I want you to know you don’t have to be a victim and a slave to social media, overwhelm, or overstimulation. You can use podcasting to build a successful business with God at the center of it all.

The more I get to know my students and the more I participate in masterminds with my peers the more I’m starting to comprehend the overarching problem and prevalence of one, perfectionism, and two, overthinking.
Perfectionism keeps us in a place of constant consumption and learning. Redoing things over and over and thinking that we can’t move forward until they measure up to some elusive standard.
Why do I believe we need a morning routine? I believe you must have a morning routine because it helps you get into the mindset of productivity and purpose.
