So y’all should feel really special right now. And number two, I had two cups of coffee and I had to switch to my decaf tea so that I wouldn’t be too extra.

Like you guys know I can get a little extra sometimes. So it’s going to be so good. I’m so excited. I can’t wait. You guys, it’s going to be so fun. So let me go ahead and share my screen and we’ll just dig straight in to this training. I’m going to talk to you about what you’re going to learn in today’s class.

The first thing we’re going to learn is how you can scale your show or your show to be, this is for podcasters or podcasters to be. Cause if you guys have been hanging out with me for a hot minute, you know that, you’re going to have to start a podcast eventually, right?

You’re like if there’s one thing about Stefanie Gass, but I know for sure it’s that she’s going to make me start a podcast eventually here. I’m going to teach you how I was able to grow my podcast organically without running paid ads from zero to over 250,000 downloads in two years.

And then tomorrow this is a two-part class. We’re going to learn how to make podcasting. Okay? So this is going to be super fun. We’re going to cover everything. You’re also going to learn. How did I 20X my income, 20X using zero paid traffic, all organic marketing. And I’ve done it in a way that’s not salesy or creepy.

Now, I’m not going to say that. I’m not weird because I think you guys know I’m weird. I’m just going to claim it. I’m just going to wear my weird flag. Okay. Who else is weird with me? And then I’m also gonna talk a bit about how did I partner with God in my business? How did I let God lead the way and kind of openness, incredible floodgate, really of service of provision, of favor over my podcast, of favor over my coaching business. And also just over choices and decisions that I’ve made along the way. So I’m going to be sharing all of that stuff with you and also why his plans are always better for our lives than our own.

How many of you have struggled in the past with getting out of your own way, trying to control the process, trying to own what you should do, what you should talk about, how you should show up? How many of you have done that? Me too, but I was able to kind of let that go and that’s, what’s really been able to transform the success of everything I stand for. Okay.

I’m truly just going to gift you the most important strategies that you guys can implement today. You can just start, you can start. I’m also going to give you tomorrow, all of my recommended monetization strategies, why I believe that passive revenue is integral for you as busy mompreneurs or mamas to be, or just busy women. Having a passive revenue stream is so critical. It allows you to create something of service and then offer that thing of service every time you podcast and not have to exchange time for money.

So let me first share with you. Most of you know me, but in a nutshell, who is Stef Gass and why is podcasting? The thing that exploded everything for me?

So I am obviously a daughter of the king first and foremost. You guys know, I love me some Jesus, I’m all about it. I truly believe that when we let God light our path in our lives, we experience true miracles and we partner with him in every aspect of our businesses.

So that’s who I am first underneath that I am a mama and a wife. I’ve got two little boys, seven and well almost seven, almost four. I drank too much coffee. I think poop and tooting is hilarious. And I laugh so hard that I cry. I’m really weird about that. Like, I don’t know why it’s so funny, but it is totally funny.

I’m just kind of a hot mess express. I love to work from PJ’s and comfies. It’s my favorite thing ever. So that’s who I am now. Eight years ago, I got introduced to network marketing. That was my first entrepreneurial experience. How many of you have been in network marketing?

Now that was great because it taught me a lot of the foundational things that I needed, like leadership and motivation and how to lead a team and how to do sales and marketing, how to reach cold market traffic and all of that. It was fine and it was great and it was wonderful until it became an idol in my life, an idol. What does idolatry mean? It means that I put that first.

I put work above my kids. I put work above my health and I started to have anxiety attacks. I started to just strive for the next biggest thing and the next best thing. And it started to take over and it was fine from the outside because I was making a ton of money. I was walking the stage in front of 25,000 people.
(11:54)
I had the cars, I had the trips, I had all the success, worldly success, my friends, but I did not do success God’s way. I was doing it my way. What is so beautiful about this story is that sometimes when things fall away and God reveals to us something that we are idolizing in our lives and we’re not willing to lay it down, it’s a chance for us to be reborn into the truth that Christ has created for us in our lives and in our hearts.

What happened for me was my company went through a rebrand. It kind of fell apart and our income was drastically cut like into a quarter of what it was. And there was no more money. We had to borrow money from my son’s savings account to pay the bills. My husband had to sell his Harley to pay the bills and it was kind of ugly.

I used to cry when I told this story, but now I’m so I’m so happy that I went through that because that test has become a testimony for me and why I’m so proud and excited to talk about that is because God did a work in me. When everything fell apart, I lost a piece of, I thought I was my work. I thought my worthiness came from work. Have any of you ever struggled with that?

You feel like your worthiness comes from work. That was me. And so when that fell away, there was nothing left but this, this broken person who was 60 pounds overweight, I had a newborn. I had, I didn’t know where to go. The money wasn’t here anymore. And money had been my shelter of success for so long.

What I did is I got out this sheet of paper and I wrote on that paper, who would God want me to be? I started to do one thing every single day that God had asked me to be and who God was asking me to show up for. Let me tell you guys something, it didn’t make sense. There was no money. There was no clarity. There was none of that.

That was three short years ago, friends. So if any of you are sitting in a space right now, feeling confused and lost in your business, knowing there’s something that you’re being asked to lay down and you’re not willing to do it, three short years ago, I was a hot mess express, crying, literally crying into my Doritos, watching Netflix, like maybe I should get a job.

Thankfully my husband, God bless him. He’s like, you’re going to get a job. You and your newborn, you’re going to get another job, get it together. Then what’s crazy is that I had this Holy Spirit moment and I finally surrendered. It was in church. I was in worship. I was full surrender and like just the holy spirit, just washed through me in a new and amazing way.

I was finally finally able to let go, I let go. And I let God, if you guys have ever heard that saying, and God started to work through me. Okay. And I just said, show me the way. I’m done. I lay it down, whatever you want me to do, I’m here for it. So what happened was I started helping people with clarity coaching, and they were having a crazy transformation.

You guys and my friend, Stephanie, and my best friend, she’ll be on here tomorrow. I helped her create a brand called self-love with Stephanie around right at the beginning of when all this clarity was happening. She’s gone through a lot of childhood trauma. So she created a brand for other women who had gone through a childhood trauma.

It wasn’t like this dry, like, oh, you know, work through your trauma. I’m like, it was like this empowering, exciting, vibrant brand. She built an Instagram over 50,000 people. She exploded her brand. She has a podcast it’s number 29 on the charts. I helped her create that.

She said, sit down, stop panicking. Listen to me because I was like, should I go back to work? What should I do? I started creating t-shirts on Amazon Merch, you guys, how many of you have ever panicked and got distracted when you didn’t think the money was coming?

She said, sit down. I sat down and she was like, don’t you see your gift is clarity. You were able to help me create this brand and this vision that I couldn’t see myself, don’t you get it? You have to do this for other people. Like this is who you are. This is the gift that you’ve been given. And I was like, okay, I’ll do it. Didn’t know how. And you guys it’s so cool to see how God works because he started sending me the clients.

He started bringing me inspiration. He started speaking to me through scripture and prayer and the flood gates opened. It’s insanity. And so now three years later, three years, three short years from when we were not financially stable, we were selling things to pay. I was just totally panicking to finally let him go.

I started to pray and I heard in a dream start a podcast. The rest is history. I showed up behind my staticky microphone. That was from Amazon. It didn’t even work. And I just started talking and I just showed up for it. And you guys, two years later, 250,000 downloads, 20 to 25X my income from two years ago, like, won’t he do it right to God, the glory seriously.

So that’s who I am. That’s what’s happened for me. And that’s my story. It’s just so cool. So if any of you are going through a test right now and it feels hard and it feels confusing and you feel stuck and maybe you don’t feel worthy. Guess what? I believe the God’s doing a work in you. I believe that whatever you’re going through, that feels hard. It may not feel good right now, but it’s going to feel so dang good when you get to share it in the future.

And it makes sense. It comes full circle because your story is what God gifts you. So you can impact and transform other people. You guys feeling me right now. Who’s feeling me right now? Yes. I love this stuff. So good. All right. So now let’s get to some training.

Why podcasting works for me and why? I believe that it should be your one thing, how many of you are showing up everywhere? You’re like, I’m on Instagram, I’m blogging. I’m podcasting. I’m on the YouTube channels. I’m DM-ing people, I’m in the groups like how many of you are so over being everywhere, I was sick of it. I was sick of it. I was spending two two-ish years ago. I was literally spending like, I don’t know, a thousand dollars a month on Facebook ads. They really weren’t doing much, but growing my list, they weren’t converting.

I’m like, oh God, like, what do I do? And I was praying over this. I heard start a podcast. And when I did, I finally got it. It clicked for me. Why was the other stuff not working? It wasn’t working because I wanted to show up as me. I wanted to, I wanted acceptance to talk about the things I love to talk about. I wanted acceptance to just have hot mess hair all the time.

I didn’t, I didn’t want to get dressed. I didn’t want to put on my jeans. Okay. Like I just want it to be me. I wanted to normalize my kids being around. And so podcasting allowed me to do that. It allowed me to just show up behind a microphone in whatever room of my house or my phone half the time I record from my phone a lot.

Right guys, it doesn’t need to be perfect. That is when it hit me. This is it for me, podcasting is it. I let go of everything else. I let go. I do one podcast. Actually I do two every single week. Then we repurpose it as a team, across the platforms. I don’t create new stuff.

I don’t create a new blurb for Instagram. I don’t create a new blurb for my email list. One copy. One paragraph goes everywhere and I’ve learned how to automate and how to do this in a really simple, easy way. We’re able to show up as we are. We’re able to utilize SEO, keywords and metadata, which I’m going to talk to you about in a second to drive organic traffic to our podcasts.

How does that sound? How many of you are ready to let go of showing up everywhere so that you can show up in one place really authentically with all of your heart, with everything that you are with all that you have? How many of you are ready for that?

If any of you are following people that are toting the get rich quick, they’re telling you that you have to spend so much money on funnels and ads and all of this. I actually call BS, I’m a Christian. I just said, I call BS. Don’t tell anybody, okay. It’s not true.

The truth is when we connect deeply with people and we show up authentically over and over again, with all of our heart, with all that we are. And we just teach from a place of service with no true expectation of what could come from the outcome, which is insane to not expect. Right? I’m going to show up so that I can make money. No, no, no.

I’m going to show up so I can serve and create impact. That’s what makes you money when you let go of focusing on the money, which is such a mind trip. Right guys? All right. So here we go. The first thing I’m going to teach you is about SEO and keywords. What does this mean? Friends, this is not rocket science. You don’t need to spend a thousand dollars on an SEO course.

Sorry, not sorry. All you need to do is get inside the brain of your avatar. Let me show you guys my podcast. I’m gonna explain this concept to you. Then I want one of you whosever podcast name I see next, I’m going to pull up and do your keywords for you. When you guys look at my show, what do we see? We see that I run the Mompreneur Mastermind show.

Now what you guys are gonna see so often is that these podcasters just have the name of their show here and their name. And they’re just missing all of this valuable real estate that could be driving traffic. What’s crazy about this. Okay. What do I have up here? If you guys take a look at this, I say the Mompreneur Mastermind show dash clarity, coaching podcasting, passive income, Christian entrepreneurs.

If somebody comes over here into the apple podcasts and they type in mompreneur, what happens? My show comes up. Number one.

I’m going to tell all of you at the end of today, how each and every one of you can get a podcast audit from me because SEO, while SEO and keywords are not rocket, rocket science, it is really important for you guys to understand why we pick the words that we pick.

So when we think about me, why did I pick those words? Because those are the people that are searching for my type of show, right? Christian entrepreneur, podcasters, female entrepreneurs, service providers, freelancers, VAs, even network marketers are looking for a show like mine because they want to have clarity because they want to grow a personal brand. I’m going to use those keywords that they would be searching for.

Where are we using these keywords? You guys, we are using them in our title. We are using them after our name and we are using them in every single title, which is also one of our growth hacks that we’re going to learn in a moment. Kristin Fields Chadwick Holistic Hearts, a podcast which we will explore how to live fully creatively and intentionally while empowering others to go after more.

So Kristin, we need more here. I still don’t know what this podcast is about. How is it serving me? How is it growing me? How do I know that? It’s for me? So I want you really beef up this description, make it more SEO, make it more juicy. Let me look at this here. So it says, dive into conversations about our whole being, including spiritual, emotional, physical, and life’s amazing wonders through the eyes of Jesus.

So really what I think you should add keyword wise is like, let’s see, Bible study, faith-fueled women. I think you could add something like, spiritual growth, emotional healing, right? Physical transformation. Like those are maybe some of the words that your person would be looking for. Does that make sense?

And then you’re going to plug those keywords in and really make it obvious. Like, who is this for? What is it doing for them? When you guys think about your keywords, I want you to consider what does someone walk away with when they listen to you?

What are the heart transformations that happen for them? And what are their triggers? What are their triggers? What are the things that they’re struggling with? Like, I know that one of my main triggers you guys is that people want to start a podcast. So that needs to be a title of an episode. That needs to be a keyword.

I just saw Aubree Malik: Stef just did an audit with me and you guys need one right now. Aubree, tell them what happened to your show after we did the audit, I’m going to show you guys Aubree’s podcast because I want to show you what we did. So Aubree runs Freelancer to CEO and Aubree just had Freelancer to CEO in here.

And so what did we do? We juiced up her description. I gave her all the verbiage for this. And then I, we, she and I together came up with these juicy keywords and Aubree, your podcast, what, it exploded. She had doubled the downloads and like one or two months than she’s ever had before completely new traffic. This will drive results.

Let’s keep learning. And there’s so much more to SEO and keywords. There’s so many more places that we can use. Yeah, Aubree’s downloads are up 60% in like one month since we did her audit. Crazy. Crazy. And you’re going to learn more SEO and keywords and a little while.

I’m gonna talk to you guys about how in my program, we spend an entire week on SEO, keywords and metadata, and I really go through your podcast with a fine tooth comb and help you understand, like what keywords are working for you? How can we have incredible titling? How do you have metadata and SEO, not just work for you on your show, but everywhere that you are ,your blogs and all of the places, Pinterest everywhere.

Next number two. The next growth hack that we are going to learn about is podcast pitching dun dun, dun.

I don’t know if y’all know about podcast pitching yet, but I’m about to school you on one of my favorite ways that I have organically grown my show, a question to prove this concept. How many of you found me through another podcast? This is so crazy because what I truly believe is that when we show up and serve other people’s audiences, that transforms people’s hearts, and then they come and they join your community, which is so amazing.

So what I’ve done is I’ve set up a crazy, awesome framework for how you can get secured on really big, amazing shows without having a really big show, which is, did you guys hear that? I have 250,000 downloads. Well, guess what, I have been on podcasts that have 20 million, 20 million. I have been on Cathy Heller’s.

I’ve been on Angie Lee. I’ve been on Crappy Christian. I’ve been on, I don’t know, I think like 45 to 50 podcasts at this point. And so, the beauty here is that getting on podcasts is so much easier than you think. And what you think gets you on podcasts is not actually what’s going to work.

Inside of my program, and I’ll tell you guys about in a little bit, we go through for an entire week, how to get on other shows, how to get guest spots. All you gotta do is show up on behind your mic, serve and get secured on these shows. I’m going to walk you guys through that inside of my program which I’ll tell you about in a little bit, but basically if you are to just have some free value right now, here today, here’s my formula for you.

What you want to do is you want to pitch 10 niche podcasts. What does niche mean? It means that you want to find other podcasts that have the same niche as you have the same type of audience that you have. Right? If I’m going to pitch someone, I want to find a podcast that has the same audience base, faith-fueled mompreneur, female Christian entrepreneurs, just even mompreneurs female entrepreneurs, freelancers, network marketers.

Lola’s right. Like I’m looking for Lola’s. And so if I’m going to pitch a show, they need to have Lola’s. Here is typically the formula. If you pitch 10 and you pitch 10 my way using my formula, you’re going to get at least one interview. This is typically shows that are your size or bigger.

Now what I recommend is that you follow this formula for 52 weeks. That means over 52 weeks, you are going to get at least 52 interviews. That’s exactly what’s happened for me. And it’s amazing. This is going to do what for you guys. It’s going to scale your visibility big time. This is my secret sauce for how I’ve been able to just get massive visibility. You guys, from being on Cathy’s show, I am now in a mastermind with Cathy and her million dollar friends, which is insane.

I’ve been a guest speaker in Cathy’s program, which has, I dunno, four, 500 people inside. Angie is now an affiliate for me, for my course, like the relationships that come out of podcast pitching will change your business. It will change your life. It will change your business and I know how to do it. So I’m going to give you guys that exact framework inside the program.

Now here’s a pro tip for those of you that don’t take my program, which is totally fine. You just want to start with smaller shows and get some yeses, right? Get some yeses and then work your way up. I didn’t start with million dollar shows, right? Guys, I started with shows that were really similar in size to my own. I got some street cred. I got some microphone cred, and then I was able to pitch the bigger shows.

The next growth hack growth hack. Number three is more visibility in your own show. More visibility as a podcaster. So if you guys have a show, how often are you publishing a new show? Are you doing once a week? Are you doing twice a week? What are you doing as a podcaster? How often are you showing up?

Okay, let me share something crazy with you. I learned inside my program last time that people were spending like five hours an episode that was like sisters and gentleman. No, no. I want you guys to show up more often on your show and then I want you to just do it messy. I want you to just have fun with it.

I want you to just record from your phone and pop a bonus episode up. Let me tell you guys, the weeks where I have two or more episodes are like 40% bigger weeks, which makes sense, right? Because if we, if we are quantifying our podcast growth on downloads, the more you show up, the more you grow, the more you stay front of mind, the more you’re able to repurpose that content everywhere.

So those of you that are showing up once a week and that’s stressing you out, you’re doing it wrong. You’re doing it wrong. You’re overanalyzing you’re over. You’re over editing. You are over-planning. You’re over scripting. Y’all let’s make this easier. All right.

I teach you guys in the program, how to cut down whatever you’re doing by 50% at a minimum, like my students, like it’s about letting go of perfectionism. Amen. Let go of perfectionism so that we can show up. Do you guys care? When I show up on my podcast from my phone? Does anybody care?

Do you guys care when I’m outside and you could hear the birds chirping or you could hear my kids laughing. Nobody cares. Do you guys care if I pop up an unedited episode? One time I put an episode up you guys, and we forgot. I forgot. I forgot to put the intro in. So it had a 40 second blank space. It was epic.

I thought it was so perfect because I got to show up and make fun of that. I was like, y’all I just posted up an, that has a huge 40 second blank space. It’s so funny. Go listen. The beauty is, is that it created that rapport with my listener. She was like, oh my gosh, Stefanie is just like me. She’s a mess. And I’m so here for it.

She has kids and she’s normalizing it. She’s not hiding. It’s not perfect. It’s not scripted. It’s not over edited. So if you guys want to grow, do more on your show, it’s that simple. It’s that simple. If you don’t have time to do more on your podcast, you’re doing it wrong. I’m going to teach you how to not do it that way anymore. Come walk with me, come with me, sisters for 90 days.

I’m going to change everything about the way that you do everything. My students can attest to that. Like, I’m going to be all up in your business. Like we’re not doing that. You’re not doing that anymore. We’re going to fix this. You got to stop that. You’re focusing on the wrong thing. We’ve got to focus on the things that will explode your bottom line at the end of the day, right?

I want you guys to make money as a podcast, or we’re not just doing it to do it. You’re doing to create impact and to create revenue period. That’s it. You’re doing it to serve and then you’re doing it to solve. And when you guys solve, that’s where we make money. Who wants to just make some more money in the business? You’re in the right place.

Okay. Next step. Hack number four. Hack number four. Giveaways, contests and driving traffic and reviews using organic hype. I was coined the hype queen P.S. in my last mastermind that I was in. So basically, my job is to bring excitement. Your job is to bring whatever the gift gifts are that God’s gifted you. Some of you are really weird.

I want you to bring it, let your weird flag fly. Some of you are really, calm and introverted and you’d bring like a peaceful energy to people, bring that. Some of you are really smart. You’re like really smart. Okay. And you guys need to bring that some of you, Tracy Wren. She’s the truth bringer, and Tracy like wants to analyze. Tracy needs to bring that to the table.

You know what I’m saying? Like you’ve got to bring your fire and your giftings to whatever it is you do. And that’s your form of organic hype. Okay? You guys don’t need to be just like me. Nobody’s like you. Nobody’s just like you. I want you to be more you. I want you to let yourself more of you shine brighter, right?

So that you can attract more people that are just like you. So what I’ve done that have really grown my reviews, I think I have close to 350 podcast reviews, which is really amazing. Why are reviews important? Reviews are important because the Apple podcast app is driven by an algorithm, right?

Your rankings on chartable are driven by an algorithm. It’s driven by your reviews, who subscribes to your show, who’s listening to your show and who’s sharing your show and downloading it and all of those things. One important component of that is driving reviews. And so one of the ways that I do this is I run giveaways and contests as often as possible.

How many of you have seen me run a giveaway or a contest? Now, this is so simple. You guys, we do giveaways to drive excitement. People don’t care about leaving you a review unless something’s in it for them. It’s just that simple. Like it takes time and we are busy human beings. What I want you guys to think about is what milestone are you approaching in your show?

Is your podcast brand new? Milestone! Does your podcast have a hundred downloads? Milestone! Do you have your first 10 episodes? Yay. First thousand yay. First hundred. Woo. Like there are so many excuses, so many excuses to have a giveaway or a contest.

Now, what I recommend that you guys do is find out what people want from you. Cause I was like, I’m just going to give away stuff. A planner, a journal. And we did a poll in my group and I discovered that 90% of people wanted to win free coaching. So that’s what I give away. Typically when I do a giveaway, why?

Because when people really want something, they will do it. Right. And so I get giveaway entries left and right. And what I do is I have people leave a review for my podcast, screenshot it, share it in their Instagram stories and tag me. I can say that in my sleep because that’s always what I do. It always works like a charm. Why? Because I’m getting traffic on my podcast. And then I am driving traffic, new traffic, cold traffic.

Because if Katrina goes and posts her review on her Instagram story and tags me, other people who are Katrina’s warm market are going to see that. They’re like, oh my gosh, Katrina loves Stefanie Gass and the Mompreneur Mastermind Show. I should listen because they trust Katrina. So that’s what I do. And it’s really super simple.

So how many of you think you can do that? What’s your milestone? How many of you are doing something? That’s a milestone? Are you starting your show? Are you at your first 10 episodes? First 100 episodes, 1000, 2000, 3000, 10,000, a hundred thousand. A million downloads. Where are you at girl? Guys where you at?

Last SEO hack for today. And then I’m going to tell you about tomorrow and we’re having so much fun. Are you guys enjoying this training today? I hope so. So everybody needs to do a giveaway. Now, how often should you do one? As often as possible? Duh, it’s free. It’s organic hype driven. It’s fun. And it’s cheap. What other way can we drive reviews for like a $30 prize? And why wouldn’t you do that? If you could.

All right. Let’s talk about titles. So one of my favorite strategies for driving growth and making sure that you guys are showing up inside of the search results is having SEO, juicy, triggering titles. Yes. I’m going to go show you what I mean right now. Let me talk to you about this. There’s a few criteria that you want to consider when you come up with really amazing titles. Okay?

The first one you want to think about is your actual keywords, your SEO words that we came up with. If you have about 10 words that you use consistently, you want to plug these into your titles because titles are searchable. The other thing you want to do, Organization with Grace. Got it. Okay. The other thing that you want to do is you want to make it a question or like make it rhetorical or trigger them so it can be really juicy.

It can be controversial. It can make your listener, want to say yes when they see that title. So let me go show you what I mean by this. If I could get to my thing here, here we go. All right, let’s go to Grace’s podcast. Is it Organized with Grace? Let me see where that was. Yeah, here it is. Okay. Grace Rehman, who is so cute. You guys need to just love you some Grace.

So Grace, you need key words here, right sister? We need to have home organization, mom hacks, kitchen organization. You need to have productivity for the home. Mom productivity. All of those keywords need to be plugged in in here. Yes. Because what kind of organization is this?

I know because I’ve worked with you before and you’ve been a client of mine. So when we look at Grace’s episodes here, you guys, along with her keywords, she has an opportunity to be found right here from her titles. So when we look at this, these look good because they’re really like blatant, like organize your personal finances.

That’s good because it’s clear. And it’s showing me what Grace is going to talk about, but it’s not triggering me. Right? I’m not going. Yes, please. So maybe grace could rework this one and it could be something like, three hacks to getting your finances in check. Does that feel better? Organize your personal finances or three hacks to get your finances in check?

Let’s do another one. How overthinking gets in your way to a more organized life and what to do about it. Okay. I like, again that we use overthinking because that can be a keyword for Grace, but this isn’t triggering me. And I also, I get lost in the ending. So what I think we could do to rework this title, friend, is something like This one thing is keeping you totally unorganized, listen in.

So I went, I took out the word overthinking, which you’d have to kind of play with that a little bit, but see what you got. What would you click on? What would you click on? How overthinking gets in your way to a more organized life and what to do with it? A. Or this one thing is keeping you super unorganized, listen in. B. It’s more triggering.

Also it has this elusiveness because we didn’t say what the one thing is. Does that make sense to you guys? So what I want you guys to do is work on titling so that it’s SEO, keyword driven. It’s questions. It’s rhetorical, it’s juicy, it’s captivating or it’s controversial and it’s really in your face. Grace, sounds good. Right? Okay.

So now, and if you guys are like, oh my gosh, I can’t do that. I need help with titling in my program, which I’m about to tell you about every single month I do your titles with you. Me, I look at your titles and we rework them all. Yeah. And it’s amazing. This is one of the secrets, the secret sauce to why all of my students are having insane growth in their shows.

It’s because the titles are triggering and people are going to listen. When they see a result embedded in a title. When they see a keyword, they’ve been searching right there in a title. Okay. Is this making sense? Are you guys getting this? Are you here with me? Let me know.

Which growth hack, there were five. Which one are you committed to implementing today? We’ve got SEO and keywords on your show. We’ve got juicy titles. We’ve got podcasts pitching. We have more visibility. And then we have showing up more often on your show. Those are five things I have consistently done that have exponentially exploded my show. Which one of you are here for it? Which one of you are starting to implement these today.

This is your homework. Your homework for today is to put these lessons to work. I want you guys to screenshot this page. Here’s your homework list. Five SEO keywords that your podcast needs. Number two, come up with three juicy SEO driven titles for your podcast or your soon to be podcast. May as well do this work now because you know, you’re going to start one after this, right? that focus focuses on your avatar’s most burning questions.

Last come up with two podcasts that you think would be a good fit for you to go and pitch and ask them if you can be a guest on their show, okay? Those are your three things that you need to answer as your homework from today. They’re very simple. They’re very easy and why I’m having you guys do this is because I want you to get out of your own way and see that this stuff, it can be really simple and easy and just to get your juices flowing.

You need to take action. If you have not done the things, you must do the things with urgency. Otherwise you’re going to talk yourself out of it. You’re gonna potentially, some of you won’t, but some of you were like, it’s not the right time. But Bob Jones is already doing a podcast on meal prep. Y’all Bob Jones ain’t got nothing on you boo boo.

No one is like you. Okay? Nobody has your flair. Nobody has your giftings. You guys need to go ahead and step up and step into the calling that you’ve been given. I truly believe that podcasting is it. There’s only one podcast to every thousand blogs. Let that sink in. Listen, when you have faith that you can, and that what God has given you is enough right now, where you are, where you’re sitting, right with what you have inside of you. It becomes possible. And we see it right here in Luke. And I thought that was just so magical. The next one, Joshua 1:9, Have I not commanded you be strong and courageous do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged for the Lord. Your God will be with you wherever you go.

How many of you, if you take nothing away of what I said that has to do with strategy, or has to do with growth hacks or whatever, I want you to take this verse with you, put it in your pocket, Joshua one nine, be strong and courageous sisters. I have another one I want to leave you with. 1 Corinthians 15:58, Therefore brothers and sisters stand firm. Let nothing move. You always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. I thought that was so good for the theme for today because when you guys are showing up to do your work, whatever your thing is, your podcast is whatever your voice is.

It’s worthy of being heard. And however it is that you show up is exactly how it should be in your messy, in your awkward, in your quirky or whatever it is that you do that makes you, you, you must give yourselves fully to that because God created you just like you are and you are, you are perfect and you are enough, right? You’ve got to show up fully for the work of the Lord because he gifted that to you, right?

He placed in our hearts, different spiritual gifts that, that all of us have inside of us, that we are meant to bring out. We are meant to talk about on our podcasts and we are meant to serve and inspire and transform with.
