What’s up, my friends? Today, we are jamming on why you are not clear on your niche. I hope you can handle this conversation. No, I know you can. You’re here for this growth.

(00:12):
I’m also gonna be going through with you, how you can finally get super clear on your calling, which is how we then build the niche and preferably a micro niche that has a specific who we serve and a specific what we do so you can start a profitable online business.

(00:31):
You can actually have success doing the thing you’ve been created to do. And I’m so excited about this. This is truly my call here on earth is to help you guys recognize and realize that you do have a calling, find it, realize it, see it, and then make it super clear so that it’s not fuzzy so that it’s not all over the place or too big, but that it’s laser focused and you’re able to articulate it.

You know exactly what that calling is, how it translates into a niche so that then we have a foundation to go out and start a business based on it, right? Because if we don’t know what we do, no one else knows what we do. If we don’t know who exactly we serve, they don’t even know what’s for them.

(01:19):
And then if we don’t know how we serve people, no one will listen, no one will buy and we will be still wandering, wallowing and wondering what the heck we’re doing wrong. So let’s go through that today.

(01:32):
Two reasons, two mistakes you’re making. And then I’ll just take you high level through how you can shift the narrative. Let’s flip the script. You ready?

(02:30):
Mistake number one in discovering your niche is in order to find that absolute clarity on what your thing is, you actually have to leap and take action on a direction. But what I see often and you’re gonna be one of these two mistakes, for sure.

(02:46):
So if this one is not, you stay with me, is that because you’re not a hundred percent sure of the outcome or you’re kind of in between a few things or you don’t have clarity on the outcome, you just do nothing. You’re afraid to go all in.

(03:02):
And if you’re afraid to go all in, you’re never gonna discover the exact niche. You’re never gonna find the micro niche that is meant just for you because it takes action. It takes walking by faith and it takes leaping into the unknown in order to find it. I’ll be really honest with you, guys.

(03:21):
My brand has grown and evolved, become more clean and more clear every single month that I’ve been in this business. I’ve been a full-time entrepreneur now for almost 11 years, which is crazy to think about.

(03:35):
And I went from being a full-time network marketer to having a full out identity crisis, to having that year of hot mess express, trying all the things, panic, panicking, and ready to go back to corporate America before finally having an actual ‘come to Jesus’.

(03:52):
And recognizing that this was my niche, but I didn’t really know. Was I sure? And how does that work and how do you make money at this and how do I serve people? And I don’t really know the exact outcome here. I don’t even know the exact direction. So I sat there in that fear for a while, really afraid to go all in.

(04:16):
Because when we are afraid of something new, we feel unqualified or maybe we feel like an imposter. We’re not entirely sure that this is the way we should go. We don’t commit and take action.

(04:31):
But the truth is, if you stay stuck in your fear and you don’t take action, how will you ever find out what the niche is so that you can start the business that God has planned for you?

(04:44):
So know this, not taking action is gonna keep you exactly where you are. Everyone with a successful God led business first had to push through their fears to start. Being qualified comes through life experience, comes through trial and error and saying yes to stuff and then fine tuning it.

(05:04):
There’s going to be refinement by the fire. You’re gonna fail before you find the favor, just write that one down. I’m gonna fail before I find the favor and you gotta be here for that.

(05:16):
And then the last one is that fear’s a liar. And I truly believe that fear is an anchor keeping you from going all in. So that’s one of the first mistakes that I see.

(05:26):
Now, the second mistake that I often see when it comes to women not actively ever finding their niche or bouncing around and going, oh, maybe this is it. And really struggling here is that they’re trying to make, and maybe this is you.

(05:45):
This one was definitely me, trying to make quick money instead of confidently pursuing God’s call over your life, which leads you to your niche. We believe if it sounds easy and someone else is successful at it, we will be too.

(06:02):
How many of you have started that side hustle that Mary’s friend, Nancy’s sister Jane did and made 10K months. And you’re like, whoa. Hello? That has my name all over it. I know that’s exactly why I started network marketing back in the day, but it’s not easy. There’s nothing easy about easy money.

(06:23):
Don’t you think if overnight success really existed, everyone you know would be a millionaire. I mean, and look around. I don’t actually know that many millionaires if any. So, because we don’t feel confident in the one thing and the one niche, we don’t know exactly what we are supposed to do and what we’re called to become.

(06:43):
We just dance around, actively finding it and pick random side hustles and buy into overnight success lies. But the truth that I’ve discovered, and I’m sure you’ve probably discovered too, is that sellings something random that isn’t scalable leaves you feeling defeated, unfulfilled, frustrated, and broke.

(07:06):
So what if, instead of trying to make quick money or do another side hustle yet again, or quit and start over, or maybe mistake number one, sitting in your fear, being unsure so doing nothing, you created a sustainable God centered business.

(07:22):
Let me say that again. You were able to create a sustainable God centered business from your passions, calling and specific micro niche. I want you guys to understand something. I talked to a lot about this in recent episode, but this visual of your net, you are not going to have success casting this little net in this humongous ocean.

(07:50):
It’s just gonna fall to the bottom and catch you a shoe, if you’re lucky. You’re going to have success having the specific net that fits the specific corner of the perfect pond, where the exact fish are that you want to eat, maybe you don’t wanna eat them.

(08:06):
Maybe you just wanna love on ’em. You just wanna have a little fishy for a pet. And you have the perfect net and you cast your net and you know how to cast it, you know when to cast it, you know why it’s gonna work. And then you know that the fish are not gonna even resist the net, cuz they’re like, I’m here for the net.

(08:20):
Catch me, show me the way I should go. Transport me to the other pond. I’m ready. Save me. That is your sustainable business. You’ve gotta know the net, have the plan. You’ve gotta be the right type of fishermen and you can’t just leap into oceans and think you’re gonna find the right fish. It’s not gonna happen.

(08:39):
So having a sustainable God centered business means you actually do the work beforehand to know what your plan is gonna be. Right. We have to have a plan of action. So when we look at these two mistakes and I don’t want anybody to feel any shame or frustration or regret. Mistakes are so awesome.

(09:04):
I love mistakes because they allow us to learn. They allow us to see what doesn’t work so that we can fine tune and play with our vision and our message. And we can kind of try something new. I love mistakes. Every time I have a mistake, I’m like sweet. Where’s my solution?

(09:21):
Cuz I believe I know there is a solution to every problem. So the solution here is that we have to stop doing this the hard way. We have to stop trying to save money and do stuff on our own. We have to stop staying still in analysis paralysis or in our fear, we have to stop trying random stuff and we have to start building a solid foundation for our business, partnered with God.
