The Easiest Way to Make Six Figures Online in The Next 12-24 Months

Are you in a place where you really want to scale the revenue and the income that your business is making? Or, maybe you want to know how to reach six figures? After polling over 3,000 of my students recently, I learned that many of you want to know how to make consistent income, might be struggling to find clients, or you might have an offer, but it isn’t selling. Because you may be wondering if you can even make good money online, reaching six figures in your business might seem like a far-off goal. But, it doesn’t have to be. 

I understand this is something that’s really heavy on your heart. But I want to encourage you that it is possible to make consistent money online and even reach six figures. I know it can happen because I was able to grow a six figure business in a matter of 18 months. Within 24 months,  I had a multi-six figure business, and three to four years later it was worth half a million. Today we have a multi-seven figure company through the podcast. 

I am living proof that making good money online can be done. I want to share with you what I believe is the quickest way to make your business profitable. There are three things that you need to do (in order) to make six figures online. Keep reading to learn the exact steps to making six figures in your online business. 

The Easiest Way to Make Six-Figures Online

Do This First: Get Rid of Any Limiting Beliefs

Making it to six figures is simpler than you think. But, you have to get rid of all the limiting beliefs about what could be, and just get to work. You’re going to hear a lot of excuses come through your head. You may think, well that’s not going to work, or, I already tried that. I don’t want to do that. 

Keep your mind open, because even if this particular road map isn’t for you, I believe that if you just take some steps forward in faith, God will refine that. This is a simple, step-by-step action plan that will give you momentum in the right direction.

Step #1 to Six Figures: Focus on One Long-form Content Strategy

The very first thing you need to do to reach that six figure goal is to choose one long-form method.  Your options are audio (podcasting) video (YouTube) and blogging. We’ve done blogging for the past five to six years and it’s really not that successful because it hasn’t brought a lot of revenue to our business. Although blogging drives some traffic back to our website, so I wouldn’t recommend blogging unless you had a team to repurpose blogs for you. YouTube hasn’t produced income for us yet and we’ve been at it for about five months now. 

Podcasting is 100% my favorite. It is quicker and easier. It’s simpler for people who aren’t great at video. It’s probably fifty times cheaper than Youtube. Also, six months into my podcast, I was highly profitable. In fact, I made it to six figures in just eighteen months. I would go podcasting if I were you. If I am trying to get there the fastest way that I can, I would choose podcasting.

Step #2 to Six Figures: Identify Who You Help and What Their #1 Problem is

Next, the second step to a six figure business is to zone in on who your person is and what their #1 problem is. If you want to make money as fast as possible you cannot sell thirteen things, it’s way too confusing for your buyer. You won’t seem like an expert in your craft, just someone who wants to make money.

Let’s say you are a marriage coach, yet you aren’t clear on who you help. You offer a course or coaching program for newlyweds,  married couples with children, people that want to be married, senior couples, the list goes on. If you coach anyone and everyone, you won’t be seen as an expert, and it will be hard to gain traction in your business. 

Then, you’ve got to pick your niche because the riches are in the niches. For example, let’s say you are a marriage coach that works specifically with newlywed wives on how to best communicate with their spouse. It is clear to anyone and everyone who you help and what you do. This is the quickest way to scale a brand that can actually grow into a 6 figure business within 12-24 months.

Step #3 to Six Figures: Offer 1-on-1 Coaching

Coaching Can Bring Revenue Quickly When Partnered with Your Podcast

The third step to growing a six figure business is to offer 1-on-1 virtual coaching. Air your coaching calls on the podcast. This is the big moneymaker. This is how I was able to quickly scale my business to the thriving seven figure business that it is today. 

In October of 2018 I started my podcast. I spoke to mompreneurs with littles at home who wanted to know how to do sales online. Then, I made sure every episode was geared towards moms with littles, how to balance mom life and building a business at the same time. Next, I started to offer coaching calls on my podcast and within a week of pitching, I started to get booked for coaching calls. It’s this simple. You’ve got to stop overcomplicating this process.

How Much Money Can You Actually Get Coaching?

If you think you are above 1-on-1 coaching, I encourage you to think again. Because during coaching calls, you’re basically being paid to do market research. Why would you not sit with somebody and coach them for $50 an hour or $67 an hour to get started. And guess what? You start to actually make money. Look, the bottom line is that people want to sit with you. They’re going to pay the dollar bills to have an hour of your time. You want to get to six figures as fast as you can? This is it. This is how you do it. 

BONUS Tip: When I started to  record my coaching calls for my listeners to hear, people heard me coaching and then they wanted a call with me. First, I started at $80 an hour. Then, within six to eight months I was at $200 an hour. A year later, I was at $400 and then six months later I was at $800 an hour for coaching. That is a stellar six figure business model that doesn’t take a bunch of money and investment to do it.

I don’t have to use short form content, I don’t have to record short video clips unless I want to. Podcasting is what I use to grow my company. If you want that, it is possible for you, you just have to learn how to do it. 

Making six figures online is simpler than you think, but you still have to get up and do the hard things. You have to get clear on your calling, and do some homework. Nothing is overnight.
