(00:00):
Hey, beautiful girl. Today. We are just digging into some encouragement. I thought we could take a look at what the Bible has to say about trust. How many of you are in a season of trying to do the things, trying to navigate online business and faith and sticking in and believing for the dream that God has for your heart and your life.
(00:27):
You’re wavering a little you’re like, but when God I’m in the messy beginning, I’m in the awkward middle I’m in, I’m in it. You know, like I’m just in it and it’s not feeling so great. I just thought, why not take a look at what God has to say about trust, trusting him,
(00:47):
Trusting his path for you, trusting that he does have it all figured out and that he has gone for you. I think this one’s going to bless you friends. Proverbs three, five, trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not
(02:03):
Lean on your own understanding trust in the Lord with all your heart. Do not lean on your own understanding. When we think about is this working, is this enough? Am I doing enough? When’s that? What am I going to have my breakthrough? We’re leaning on logic and we’re leaning on our own worldly, understanding, conceptual understanding of things you can see and touch and feel and success that you can see touch and feel.
(02:30):
We cannot lean on our own understanding because we literally cannot understand what the future holds. We have to let go and trust in the Lord and his plan with all of our heart, Psalm 56, verse three and four. When I am afraid, I put my trust in you in God, whose word I praise in God, I trust. I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me when I’m afraid?
(02:59):
I put my trust in you in God, whose word I praise in God, I trust. I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me that nervousness, that worry, that anxiety, that overwhelm cast it away in the name of Jesus. And we just hand it to him. And we believe that she has our best interests. He has our business, our families, our children, our marriages, our health, all of it is taken care of. And we put our trust trust in his word and his promises.
(03:34):
And we relinquished fear of man. All right, Jeremiah 29, 11, literally one of my favorites for, I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord plans. This one says weird translation plans for welfare and not for evil, but basically plans to give you a future and hope not to harm you. Okay? The plans we have for ourselves pale in comparison to his plan.
(04:00):
Now it doesn’t mean I don’t have plans for my life. I do, but I’m partnering them with God. I’m allowing the how to be his, the journey to be his, the outcomes to be his, all I’m doing is saying yes and stepping out in obedience in the direction in which he is calling me to go, okay. He has the plan in place. There are plans to give you hope in a future. So when it doesn’t make sense, well, how will that make me money?
(04:26):
You don’t need to worry about that. The, his plans are going to give you a future and hope and generational transformation. Well, what if nobody listens? Well, what if it doesn’t work or what? God wants me to quit that thing or, or like it, you don’t need to worry. He wouldn’t be calling you to it. If it didn’t make sense for your future self. Okay. First John four 18. There is no fear. Love, but perfect love casts out fear.
(05:00):
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. This is a big component of trust is just showing up in love. Love for the journey. For the people you’re called to serve love for your kids. Love for yourself and for your spouse. Love for your annoying neighbor. Okay? Love for that person on social media, who drives you insane love for that person who doesn’t believe the same political stuff that you do love for that person who maybe isn’t a believer.
(05:27):
Love love is going to create waves in your or life and ripples of transformation. And all of that outpour of love is going to transform the way your life feels. And that means you’re trusting that even when you love people and it’s not reciprocated, or they don’t believe what you believe that it’s going to come around tenfold, Psalm 37, five commit your way to the commit your way to the Lord trust in him.
(06:01):
And he we’ll act. Have you guys ever heard that saying that says, come close to God and he will come close to you. Psalm 37, five, commit your way to the Lord trust in him. And he will act to me. This is doing good. Works for the kingdom, surrendering this business, this life, this journey, everything myself, less of me, more of you commit my way to him, trust in him. And he will act, he will act, he will help you. He wants to help you. We just have to get out of the way we have to trust.
(06:41):
We have to remember that we are not on our own, our own timeline, but we are on heaven’s timeline. And he knows when we’re ready. And he knows when you can steward that success, that breakthrough, that first client, he knows better than, you know, so trusting it and letting God act on your behalf, half mark, 1124, therefore, or I tell you whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours.
(07:10):
Now, this one has been totally taken out of context, right? When you look at like prosperity gospel, et cetera, but to me, and I think we all have to read the backstory. We all have to take verses in context, read the surrounding text, learn who they’re saying it to. Yeah. You and pray over it. But to me, I take mark 1124 as ask for what you want for what God has planted in your heart.
(07:39):
Maybe not even what you want, but like what God wants for you and believe for it. And believe that you have received those gifts in order to help you get to that place. And if it’s from a pure place, if it’s from a God led place, if it has to do with your purpose, work, your calling work, the goodness and the loving incredible plan that he has for your life.
(08:01):
It’s in alignment with that. And it’s in alignment with using your gifts for his glory. It’s in alignment with love of others. People, you will receive it. Now, when I don’t know girl, that’s up to God, right? But it will be yours. It will be yours. It will be yours. Maybe future generations will reap what you’re selling, who knows, but you got to trust it. You have to trust it. Trusting that God’s will. His perfect will for your life is not to hurt you.
(08:30):
Harm you leave you broken alone damage. No it’s to give you the yes. Help you receive the gifts. He’s trying to give you all right, Isaiah 26, verse three and four. You keep in him. Perfect peace. Whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you trust in the Lord forever for the Lord is an ever lasting rock.
(08:57):
How many of you have felt like you can’t find your anchor? You’re floating, you’re swimming. Frantic. You’re searching the Lord. God is an ever lasting rock. I trust in the Lord forever. Keep him in perfect peace. Whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you. So two-way street as you trust them and the Lord God, to be your rock and you lean on him. He trusts in you and we live in perfect peace.
(09:29):
Now may not feel like perfect peace. But if we truly relinquished, if we truly, and I don’t even know if this is possible as humans, but if we truly just surrendered the fear that English of the what if and the, when the idolatry of building a business or a success or social media or whatever, whatever the things we’d be in. Perfect peace through him with him.
(09:55):
Now, while we can’t do that, I do believe we can strive for it. I can wake up every day with the intention of God I trust you, or I don’t. Maybe you’re in that season. Lord, help me trust you. Help me trust that your path is here for me. Put me, set me on your path that you want this business for me. And if you don’t want it, that you close those doors and you open new ones.
(10:20):
Cause I trust in you that the right clients are here for me, that I would have confidence in myself to show up in this business today or that you would help shift my heart, soften my heart. When it comes to ____, my motherhood, or my marriage that I trust in you to make changes in my life, in my mind and my heart and my finances and my motherhood.
(10:41):
I trust you. Take over Jesus, take the wheel, okay? These prayers of invitation and then really allowing for it. Maybe we invite, but do you? Are you really allowing the trust to manifest itself in your life, too? Those moments where you want to take control again, you want to push God out of the way and you hop back in the driver’s seat because you’re panicked because you’re frustrated or, or what not.
(11:16):
You are, you putting yourself back in your place and saying, hold on and not panic. I’m feeling that to do. Let’s take over again and feeling this anger rise up inside of me. How do I relinquish control and allow myself to trust that he’s got this situation? That he’s got tomorrow under control and that constant check that inventory in your mind and your heart to believe that he is so good. He has you lastly, Proverbs 3:6 in all your ways, acknowledge him.
(11:47):
And he will make straight your paths and all your ways acknowledge him. And he will make straight paths. There’s some other great translation of Proverbs 3:6, but basically trust in him and believe in him and acknowledge him and give him credit where credit is due. Notice the infinite miracles that he is giving you every single dinner did it minutes. Every single day, I was combining minute and day.
(12:18):
Didn’t it every single day in it. And he’ll make sure that your past, like he wants to give you answer is guys, God is a gentleman. He is, he is there. He’s waiting. He wants to open doors for you and provide a new and exciting ways. It may not be in ways that you are anticipating, but that’s where letting go of control comes in. Whatever, whatever your favor and glory for my life looks like, like I’m here for it.
(12:43):
What do you want me to do? How do you want me to live? Can I show up for you more? How can I do more for your kingdom? He will make straight your paths. Believe me. He will lay those bricks girl. He will lace your shoes, but you just have to ask. You have to be here for the yes. Be here for the amen. For the how be here for the trust. Be here for the journey. That’s everything be here for the messy middle.
(13:11):
That’s the whole, that’s the whole glorious, hidden, beautiful treasure box of miracles. It’s in the messy middle. It is part in the journey. It’s in the today. The now, okay, it’s in the chaos. It’s in, you’re in it. You’re in your own massive miracles. You just have to have new, fresh eyes to see and a heart to feel and a belief that he’s got.
(13:38):
You hope this bless you love. Let me know. I can’t wait to continue growing on this journey with you to keep digging into faith, keep digging into God’s purpose for your life, to the way that God wants you to build your dreams and his dreams partnered with you through you. That you can be a vessel for goodness here on earth for future generations, for your kids, for your friends, for the people you are called to serve.
(14:08):
And I believe that you have a massive purpose on your life and that all you have to do is raise your hand and say, God, I’m ready. I love you, girl. I’ll see you back here next week. Love and God’s light!
