I loved it so much I created an entire podcast episode on it. I will be digging into THREE unique ways that I personally magnetize people to the brand, podcast, and ultimately courses and coaching without MARKETING. These methods will help you attract superfans while staying authentic and true to who you are.
They will help you convert and cultivate without using traditional sales methods! Whoop!

than market. So yes, I will. These are my three strategies for doing just that you guys are going to totally love today’s episode. Let’s do this. ow you doing, girl? How you doing over there? I’m doing good. I’m just drinking on some apple cider tea land. Dan is totally right outside of my door, building a cardboard box empire. So you may or may not hear him, but such as life and such as the beauty of podcasting y’all I’m also wearing my PJ’s no makeup. Wingdings flying free.

When I heard this topic idea from a girl, Brooke, I was like, yes, I’m totally doing an episode on that because I all about not pushing content. As you guys know, I don’t love showing up on social. I don’t love video. I’ll do it, but I don’t love it. I just like to show up, share my heart and let it land. Right?

Like let it help people inspire people, move them to action, give them a little tip or a, a breakthrough or a how to, or a framework or sometimes just inspiration that helps them get that transformation, which then creates trust, which then makes them subscribe, which then has them sharing me to their friends or on their social media, which then grows the show, which ultimately leads to people buying the solutions that I have in my products, services and affiliates.
(03:43):
Okay. So that’s really what I’m here for. So when I heard like this concept of magnetize, I was like, yes, yes. And amen. So I sat here and I thought about what are three things that I believe, and that I personally do that help me to magnetize people into my brand. So whether that be into my podcast as a subscriber, whether that be into my socials, to become a follower, whether that be magnetizing them into saying yes to the programs courses or whatever, these are the three things I am doing.

Grab a notebook and pen, super tactical. And I think that you’re going to want to implement these three things ASAP. Number one I want you to get your ICA or avatar or AKA Lola, right? Get your person y’all know my person’s name is Lola. Get them a win or a breakthrough.
(04:43):
So the number one way to magnetize instead of pushing is to get your person a win or a breakthrough stuff. What does that mean? How do I get my person a winner or a breakthrough? Well, you guys, that’s the whole thing about having long form content, having a podcast or a YouTube channel or a blog, you can get people a win or a breakthrough with your free content. Okay. Can I just get them a win on social media?

You could, but the algorithm is against you and that copy and that all of that marketing that you just did, that magnetizing marketing, it dies in like 24 hours. Okay. It doesn’t live on the way that long form content does. So let’s do an example. Let’s say that you are a Christian life coach and you put out a podcast episode on three hacks to transform your mindset and live out every day with more purpose or intention or whatever.

When you give them their three steps to a breakthrough mindset, it helps somebody have a massive transformation, right? The person on the other end of that episode is going, whoa, I just had a breakthrough. I’m loving subscribe. They click that subscribe button, share it with us friend, or maybe they even buy. They even work with you. Let’s do another example. Let’s say that you market morning devotional journals and you have a blog. And one of your blogs is three journal prompts to start with every morning.

Oh my gosh, because it’s tactical because it’s implementation that person sees a day friends in their own morning routine using your three journal prompts. And they’re like, whoa, I love this so much. Save this blog or whatever you do with blogs, subscribe. I don’t know. And also PS, they’re gonna want to buy your journals. So get your person a win or a breakthrough bonus hack here on number one, get them a winner, breakthrough weekly, weekly.

There’s a reason. And that my podcast, when you look comparatively, really isn’t massive, right? Like it’s not 20 million download show, but it can, it’s like it is. And there’s a reason for that because I’m getting you all my loans as a win or a breakthrough weekly. So that trust factor is super high. And I have a product pipeline. I have a customer right. Experience that you all go through from the second, you listen to one of these episodes to landing on the website.

Thank you Allie, to going through my products with me. Okay. It’s an experience now, please don’t freak out. Cause that only took me nine years to create. Okay? Okay. But you start with step one, which is get them a winner, a breakthrough number two second way that we are going to magnetize instead of market is you’re going to help your, your person feel seen slash understood, help your person feel seen slash understood.

One of the best things I’ve ever done from day one is treat my, my clients, my listeners, my Instagram friends as complete equals you guys. There was no for a day where I was like, oh, I’m too big for my britches. I’m too fancy to share your share in my share. Like when people hop on a coaching call with me, they usually get me with crazy wingding hair in my PJ pants. And we jam like the same me that you get here on the show is the same meeting.
(08:26):
You get in a coaching, a coaching session. And I’m super just this isn’t me tooting my horn. It’s just who I am. I’m just super down to earth. I treat people who are massively bigger than me in this industry. The same way I don’t get weird. I just I’m. Even with you, I’m vulnerable with you.
(08:45):
I’m authentic with you, which makes you feel like relatable. Okay. It makes me relatable. Which makes you feel seen and validated right now, the second component to this. So it’s who you are. It’s how you show up. Okay. But then the second component to this one, this number two is to emotionally connect.
(09:07):
As you guys show up on your podcasts or your blogs or wherever’s, how do you show up with more vulnerability? How do you share more gut wrenching stories of where you’ve been AKA, where they are. Okay. So I can show up here and say to you all, you ready for an example? I know I’m a visual learner. Let me have a sip of my tea. Hold up.
(09:30):
Apple cider tea, guys. What’s up. Try not to drink coffee at 2:55 PM. Okay. Let me give you an example right now, girl. I know what it feels like to want to scale your business and to think that you have to spend two hours on that reel that doesn’t really convert, that doesn’t really even show up tomorrow that you think you have to get on the newest and greatest platforms and be the first mover over there and learn the new tech and come up with content.

That’s different on every single platform. I know that you want to monetize. So you’re working harder. You have a bigger to-do list is growing You just want to give up and close up shop because nothing is actually converting for you. You feel like you are drowning in all of the things and the new and the shiny you’re ignoring your kids.
(10:28):
You’re inundated with mom guilt, but you just want to make this thing successful. I’ve been there. My business crumbled in 2016, along with my sanity anxiety attacks, social media was a massive addiction. I was raising my child with a headset attached to my face and something had to give something, had to give, I had to change this narrative.
That was my life. And I had to turn a new leaf and find a better way to build and scale a business that could become passive for me so that I could be more present with them so that I could stop eating my feelings and living in a stress induced anxiety, state 24 seven.
(11:11):
I found that answer that answer came in a dream from God, literally. And it was podcasting because that’s what grew and scaled my audience. It’s what allowed me to step away from my business. And it still grew. It’s what allowed the endless leads to come in. And then through that, I found the answers to what they actually needed. And I was able to create a passive income business model that all of you can create as well and example, okay. How did that make you feel?
(11:41):
How did you connect with me in that moment? Did that trigger any feelings for any of you? Any connection with me of like, oh my goodness, I’m feeling that right now because I’m doing that. Stef was me. She was in my shoes. Oh my goodness. I know that she knows how to get out of this place, this spinning this overwhelm. And she has a better business model for me. So I helped you feel seen and understood in that one story. Okay.
(12:12):
How were you talking to your person? Are you talking like that? Or are you super focused on the solution? Because while you’re super focused on the solution, you’re not connecting. You’re not making them feel something and taking them on this emotional journey with you of why you know the answer. So I’m gonna challenge all of you to get way more honorable in your, in your messaging.
(12:38):
I’m talking here, your copy, like website, copy your podcast, messaging, all of it. So that’s number two. You’re going to magnetize people when you’re vulnerable. Well, and you are connecting with them on the pain points that you had that they currently have. All right. And then of course, bringing it full circle to like, well, what did you do to fix it? Those problems let’s move on to number three. This is the third way to magnetize instead of market. And to really this one is what solidifies the conversions. Okay.
(13:11):
Show them what’s possible. Number three, show your avatar, your follower, your listener, all an avatar means guys as somebody who’s following your stuff, okay? They’re your person, you know who they are, right? Because y’all have taken clarify your calling. You’re extraordinarily clear on what you do and who you serve. Right? Right. Lola, if you don’t know who you serve and what you do, and you’re not absolutely crystal clear on that, you’ve got to invest in clarify your calling.
(13:42):
It’s going to change your business 100%. That is the best investment you will ever spend. Getting clear any who, once you’re clear and you’re doing these other things, how are you showing them? What’s possible. So I want you to look at all of the different and unique ways that you have had success or you’re getting other people success. And I want you, you two share them all the time.
(14:14):
That’s like me saying it with a little clapping hand emoji between each word. Okay. All clapping the time. Okay. Now let me give you some examples here, visual learner. So I hope you guys are digging these examples. I do podcast to profit, which is step three of you all building the same business model that I have. Okay. So step one is you get clarity with clarify your calling. Step two is you start a podcast with podcast pro university.
(14:42):
Step three is we get your podcast to rank scale, grow, go all the way up. And we monetize it using a course program or coaching. Well, if I just told you that all the time, would you guys care? Maybe if I just told you that why you should, would you buy it? Some of you, if I just told you all the cool, special offers or like, oh my gosh, I did a workshop and that’s amazing.
(15:07):
Would it convert a little bit? But what if I sh brought on other guests who have gone through the entire funnel and they have a podcast, a product they’re having success, they’re making money. They have 10,000 or a hundred thousand downloads. Like they have done it. Would that change your mind about saying yes to the business model that I’m trying to get you to say yes to 100%?
(15:33):
What if I had my students from podcast to profit, come on and share about what it’s like inside of the program, what the benefits are, what their transformations are, what their breakthroughs, or to share their hearts, where their fears were before they ever said yes to the program. Would that change your mind about what’s possible for you? Absolutely. What if I got testimonies from everybody who had messaged me on Instagram, that my, my episode changed their life and said, Hey girl, would you mind writing that up for me and leaving a testimony?
(16:02):
And then I shared that testimony in my Facebook groups, my Instagram stories, my sales pages. Would that change your mind about what’s possible for you? Yes. If I showed you behind the scenes snippets of my life, when I’m recording this episode right now, and Landon’s right outside the door, building a box empire with his boxes and his arts and crafts, and he maybe comes in and says, I have to poop like normal.
(16:28):
You know what I mean? Like to you, to, to someone else, they might be like, oh, that’s an interruption. Let me delete that out. Out of the episode, to me, I’m like, heck no, because that is showing my girls that you can build an extraordinarily successful kingdom business using your gifts for God’s glory, with your son right in the next room. That’s what life’s all about. Okay. That’s what’s up.
(16:53):
What if I showed you a hot mess, express wingding hair in my Instagram stories and told you that I meet with clients like that, that makes it possible for you to go, oh my goodness. I could do that too. So I’m doing all those things. And so can you, those of you thinking, well, I don’t have anyone yet. Nobody’s had a transformation yet. I don’t have any students to bring on. I don’t have any success stories to share.
(17:18):
I don’t have anyone to ask for a testimony. My life doesn’t look like yours. I work a full-time job and I, you know, don’t even know what my thing is. Listen, we all start from the same place, which is ground zero. We all start building our path, our journey to God’s plans for our life, our own success with one brick in our hand that we lay, okay, we all start from that place. How do you just start with what you have with where you are at? How do you start there?
(17:49):
Why don’t you start by vulnerably sharing that you work full time. You’re going to start a podcast. You have a call on your heart. You don’t know if anybody’s going to listen or care, but you’re going to do it. You’re going to try it. And maybe you start recording some behind the scenes, or maybe you just start with that one tip for that one girl.
(18:07):
And when that one person DMS you, that they loved it. You ask them if you can share that in your stories. What if you just started from there? Don’t you think we all started from the same place nine years? You guys, I just got my first real website. Okay. Nine years in. I mean, I had my own dragon drop.
Y’all better. Believe it. It was pretty, I did it. It was DIY and I did my best. And I worked with what I had and I left it up there for probably way too long, which is fine. I still grew a multi-multi multi-six figure business and another multi-six-figure business. Without website with ugly sales pages, because it’s not about the production value. It’s about these three things.
(18:56):
Get your people breakthroughs for free. Number two, help them feel seen and understood. And number three, you show them what’s possible. The rest of it is noise. The not even noise. The rest of it is like sprinkles on your cookie. Okay? You don’t have to have the sprinkles in order for the cookie to be amazing and delicious and with the best ingredients and all the things it’s just sprinkles.
So you’re, so I don’t want you guys to be super fixated on, on the sprinkles when you don’t even have the cake. I want you to have the best cake possible cake batter, batter, batter for your cookie. This is getting awkward. I should have used another example.
(19:44):
I can not thank you. Not, we should change this example, but we’re too late or too deep in it right now. Okay, girl. You know what I mean? You know what I mean? The point is let’s magnetize in an easy, simplistic, fun way that allows you to grow, to inspire and to attract people to you. Instead of marketing, pushing, being weird, or being fixated on all the wrong things.
(20:12):
When I meet with my P2P students, the very first thing I tell them is that I don’t want them to start by building a website. I don’t want them to start by building a funnel or to have an email drip series. I literally want them to start with the thing that’s going to do. These three things, get their personal winter breakthrough, help them feel seen or heard and show them what’s possible, which is what it’s their podcast.
(20:34):
That’s the very first thing I want anyone that works with me to start with, because that’s what brings the leads in. That’s what that’s, that’s the entire funnel, all the other things later to, well, first we need some people. Okay. So that’s where we start. Well, actually, where we started as clarity. Right? But after that, we then have the show. So these are my three tips. Now I just want to have a moment with you. Okay.
(21:03):
Let me just have a minute with you right now. If you are super over, trying to market online, you’re done. Yeah. Showing up on clubhouse for hours and not able to reuse that content you’re done growing super slow, using blogging or YouTube being. It’s just not working for you for whatever reason. You are over the to-do lists that grows by leaps and bounds every day, because you don’t have enough time to scale your business.
(21:32):
You want to take a step back and create a business that works for you instead of you working for an in it 24 seven. And you want to have my exact business model where number one, we figured out what our clarity and our calling is so that we can then do a job quote unquote, okay. Based on your purpose, like how crazy is it to think that, I guess I’m going to ask you this question.
(22:00):
Is it crazy to think that God created you with all the giftings, the spiritual gifts, the vocational gifts that you have, the skill sets, the, the trials and traumas you’ve walked through the victories you’ve experienced on accident. Don’t you think that he wants you to do something with that? I mean, how cool that we have the opportunity to build a business out of the things that we literally love and that light us up.
(22:28):
So I’m here for that and I want to help you figure out what that thing is. Number one, one, number two. I want you to then create the podcast out of it. And anyone can podcast you guys. It’s not hard. We don’t, we’re not here for production value. We’re here for authenticity. For connection. You can record from your phone if you want. I’m not going to let you make your own channel art, but you can record from your phone, okay. To then inspire and help.
(22:53):
And I’ll teach you how that’s not hard. The how is really easy. It’s in podcast pro you. I promise you. And then the third step is let’s create the solutions for your person. What are the courses that are going to solve her problems? What are the coaching offer or the program? This entire model is super duplicatable. I have so many successes stories.
(23:15):
You guys have heard them. I mean, my goodness, Virginia Kerr has built a multi six-figure business with this exact business model that I taught her. Chelsi Jo Moore has systemized your life. Brooke Jefferson has bookmark clients, photography podcast. I’m just trying to think of like, I have so many go to stefaniegass.com, read all of the testimonies. Okay. Poly pain with her ratio, printing podcast courses. I’ve helped all of them do that.

All of my stuff is very affordable. It is going to return the investment you make in building a business this way, partnered with God, using your gifts for his glory to then impact the world. And yes, going to make you money as well, which is all amazing, uh, in a passive way. So you can show up with your kids and your family. It’s going to pay off exponentially. So I don’t want to hear that you can’t figure out a way to make this investment in you. Number two, it’s super efficient. There’s so much accountability. I have.
(24:38):
My student community is going to support you, help you encourage you. Walk alongside you. I do live Q and a in there. Everybody does podcast swaps. Like it is the most incredible community you’re going to have support and accountability. And then finally the one biggest limiting belief of all time, but nobody would Le would listen, but nobody would buy my stuff, but I’m not blah, blah, blah.
(25:02):
We’re not doing that. You’re not doing that because if you are still listening to this episode right now at five 25 minutes and 15 seconds in that is not an accident, you are enough with exactly what you have with exactly who you are with the giftings that God has planted inside of you created inside of you from birth. You have a destiny and a purpose in it. All you have to do is raise your hand and say, I want to fulfill this purpose.
(25:34):
I am ready to go from call to chosen and do good works for the kingdom. And I want to choose this business model. I know that Stef can get me there. I know that I can. And just you saying yes and stepping out in faith and obedience is going to help you become successful because you can do anything when you’re partnered with God in pursuit of his purpose for your life.

I truly, truly, truly believe that. And I know, I know in my heart, I know that I know that I know that each and every one of you has a massive purpose on your life. You just have to look at it. You just have to be willing to open the box. It’s a gift you’ve already been given. You just have to unwrap it. And it starts here and it starts now.

You will lay the path. All they have to do is put on their shoes. Lord. Yes. Give these girls the courage, the godparents to say, yes, we say yes and amen to your purpose over our lives. We say it here. We say it. Now push us father, holy spirit. Be with us, give us that courage and that, uh, excitement, that excited anticipation over what’s possible and over what’s next.
