Hello, everyone. My podcast is called Miracles and Wellness. It is for high-achieving moms, working women, just people that just want to uplevel their health. So I help people reverse chronic disease naturally also lose weight and just get rid of all that stress you have, people have built up inside.

All the amen to that. Clarissa, why didn’t you join Podcast to Profit?

I joined because I felt called to do it. I was sitting in prayer and meditation and podcasting kept coming up. At first I did PPU and then I was like, I am ready for the second part. So,

I’m so glad you did. Do you feel that God moved in your life or business through this program? And if so, how?

(05:57):
Absolutely. Oh my gosh. So, you know, He’s held give me the strength to even push through it because it’s when obstacles came up, just having that strength there and reminding myself to surrender, then that would just help remove blocks. And it just helped confirm that this is as part of my calling because I can reach so many people and have a bigger impact.

Yeah. God-fidance, right? It’s like, I think I can maybe do this like that belief. And just, I guess, like you were saying that surrender, that you can do this calling work. That’s so big. Cause that’s such a huge block, when you don’t believe or you’re questioning, if you really can.

(06:38):
Absolutely. That’s that’s so it.

(06:41):
Clarissa, what were your biggest breakthroughs and wins? Like was this program worth it?

(06:48):
Oh my gosh. This program is so worth it. Anybody ever thinking about it? You got to get on it, you got to do it. My podcast downloads like quadrupled, which was simply amazing, you know? And it just pushes you even more than I started creating a course, which I’m super excited about. Just so I can help people with their health. I ranked in multiple countries. It’s just amazing having all those wins. Anybody should do it.

Just do it. You heard it, folks. So quadrupling your downloads ranking in multiple countries and creating your course and all of that in 90 days.

(07:26):
Yes.

(07:28):
So crazy. I don’t think I ranked in anything y’all for like over a year. So I’m like, if I can expedite your road to success, I’m so here for that. Last but not least Clarissa, do you have a funny or memorable moment that you’d want to share with the listeners?

A memorable moment for me is just the community of women that are led by faith. You know, I just think that’s so important. It’s so powerful.

It’s hard to find strong faith led business women who are truly being led from a faith place. And that’s the beauty of this program is we have these women who are here with you that become your forever friends. They become your forever pod sisterhood, not just, oh, we hung out together for a few months, but like still hanging out together and growing and flourishing. So amazing. I know I’m ready for like, you know, being in an elevator one day and some successful businessman is like, yo, what do you do? I’m like, bro, I hope busy go-getters, blah, blah. He’ll be like, oh nice. And I’m just like, yeah, Stefanie Gass taught me that.

I love you. You’re the best. So why did you join Podcast to Profit? How did it happen for you?

(09:14):
I was just doing what I do, chillin, working online, seeing how I can be a better business owner and I came across like this, some other girls like workshop her course where she’s like, I’ll help you make your own course, you have passive income. And I’m like watching this video. I’m like, wow, she’s very persuasive. And then I was like, but hold up before I spend all this money, I have to go interview Stefanie Gass on my podcast.

(09:41):
So I go and then I’m like, Oh, hi, Stefanie Gass. Then you helped me, you know, you go through everything that we talk about like perfectionism and stuff on my podcast. You bring up P2P and then like your example of P2P, I mean, your example of someone who’d be in P2P was like, literally exactly me. And it was like someone who wants to help people find food, freedom, and this, this and that.

(10:05):
And I was like, whoa, God, that’s pretty cool. So then Stefanie told me all about her P2P course, which sounded 10 times cooler than that random lady’s course I was watching about earlier and it was all faith-based, which is so cool. So she, cause like you think that if you have a business that isn’t like super upfront and like, oh, this is a Christian business. I’m in the fitness and nutrition industry. So to be able to have other people like Clarissa, who’s also in that industry, but also faith-based and to have that community so it’s been great.

(10:44):
You’ve just been so fun. I joke that you make me LOL laugh all the time. So witty. Miranda was worth it? What were your biggest breakthroughs through this program?

(10:55):
Heck yeah, it was worth it. I think one of my biggest breakthroughs was just like the amount of clarity I found. Well, not that I found, but that, you know, Stefanie like shoved down my throat. She goes, no, you’re not doing that. And I’m just like, okay, you’re right? So, you know, there’s no frilly stuff in here.

(11:12):
I remember saying, well, I want to do this, this and that and Stef like, you got to pick one, you got to niche in. And I was like, Hmm, that doesn’t sound very fun. And then I niched in and then I got all these extra downloads we learned about SEO and literally in one day, like changing the titles in my podcast, like Stef said, no one cares about a quippy title, like people need to find it. I went from like just maybe 500 downloads after months of podcasting to like 2000 downloads after doing P2P and literally like 90 days.

(11:49):
We’ve got clarity on who you serve too and giving yourself permission to niche in that really opened doors for you. And we already began to see all of that growth really start to happen in your show. So I’m so grateful that you said yes. All right, we’re going to move to Arianna. Arianna, tell us your podcast. What is it? And who’s it for?

(12:10):
Hey, everyone! Thank you for having me, Stef. So my podcast is the digital classroom podcast and it’s for moms and teachers who want to quit teaching and become a virtual assistant so they can work from home with their kiddos.

(12:23):
Did you hear how clean that was, y’all? Nice, clean, tidy one-liner. Where’d you learn that Arianna?

(12:30):
Stefanie Gass

(12:32):
So why did you join Podcast to Profit?

(12:37):
I just felt really called to, I had started my podcast about a year before, so last October and it was growing, but just not as much as I wanted it to. And I had listened and been thinking about P2P for a while. Finally just in the fall was when I just felt that push of yes, go for it, girl, from God. So I said yes.

(13:01):
Were there any reservations like doing that? I mean, it’s a big investment. You guys are sitting here looking at this payment page, I’m sure, like sweating you’re like, Ooh, should I really do this? Should I really push this button? Like, what were those fears going through your mind?

(13:17):
I think my fears were just that I wasn’t going to be successful in that there were some … In my head, I think there’s so many other people out there doing what I’m doing, but in reality there’s not. And so I think God just had to push me to have the confidence to believe in myself and that I was worth investing in, in your program.

(13:39):
And was it worth it? What were your breakthroughs? What were your wins?

(13:43):
So many wins. So, I have my episode topics planned out through June. I’m having my son in February, my second child. And so having just those ideas planned out is really helpful knowing that I know what’s coming down the pike and I’ve also, already got all of those episodes recorded through January. And my goal is to get it done through March.

(14:07):
So I can really take a really long maternity leave with him. My total downloads have also doubled. I started at 2,500 downloads and now I’m over 5k. So that’s been amazing, my monthly downloads have quadrupled. So it’s just compiling. And then I also launched my course, which you helped me. I already had that you helped me really optimize. And I had the launch and hit my sales goal for that so that was super exciting.

(14:43):
So she’s making the money already, girl, making the money, successful launches, all the things and you ranked as well, right?

(14:51):
Yes, I did in a few countries.

(14:53):
Amazing. And y’all, it’s the weirdest thing. When you do some simple stuff that we learned in the first few weeks of P2P, simple SEO optimization, simple title hacking, simple stuff that we worked through together, as we do our pod breakout coaching, some people might be going, what’s a pod breakout? So Arianna, you might, you can explain that, I think in your own words to them, but we, we do this stuff.

(15:17):
And then you, you look at these charts and you’re like, I’m ranking in countries I had never marketed in, I don’t know, one soul over there. I don’t even know what language they speak. And my podcast is being listened to not only listened to, but it’s ranking, which means it’s high in that country. So doesn’t that feel surreal to know that the stuff that you’re learning and implementing within a few weeks of joining this program is already working.

(15:42):
Yeah. It’s amazing. And just seeing those downloads grow is so encouraging as you just, even just a month into the program, I was like, oh my gosh, this is a game changer. Seriously.

(15:56):
So explain to everybody what a pod is in case they’re wondering.

(15:59):
Yeah. So the pod is a group of us who Stef kind of paired together where we really can pour into each other and answer each other’s questions throughout the week. And we just chat and really encourage each other and help wherever it’s needed. And so that’s been amazing to have that sisterhood through the program as well.

(16:21):
And then we would meet biweekly with the pod and do power coaching. So I would come in and power coach with Arianna while Clarissa listens and Natalie listens and Miranda listens. And then we’d moved to Clarissa and we power coach with her. So it’s like this really cool immersive experience of learning through yourself, getting coaching, but also through other people getting coached as well, which I think is super powerful.

(16:42):
Thank you for sharing Ariana. I’m so excited for your growth. So excited for all the things you’re doing and for your success. All right. We’re going to move to Natalie. Ms. Natalie, what is your podcast called and who is it for my friend?

(16:56):
Hello. My podcast is called Her Holistic Space. So I’m a professional organizer, certified holistic health specialist and a coach. And I did a splendid it together and I helped stay at home moms transforme their homes into a space where everyone thrives.

(17:12):
Amazing. Again, you guys, I’m so proud right now. Like everybody knows what they do. It’s a miracle. Natalie, why did you join Podcast to Profit? Give everybody a little sneak into the journey of Natalie and Stef.

(17:27):
A lot of it was the timing too. I’d been listening to your podcast for a while. Clarify your calling wasn’t out, but we had a one-on-one coaching call, I did PPU. And so yes, it seemed like the next logical step but for me, when I launched it was the timing, I had just quit my job, I started homeschooling my kids, so my income was gone.

(17:45):
So it was in my mind to do it. But I said, why wait, because I’m going to spend all these months for the next round and you know, I don’t want to have to go backtrack so let’s just do it now. Let’s take the leap of faith and just do it.

(18:00):
Ah, so good. Did you have any reservations coming into it or were you like, I already know this is the answer, I’m just going to do this, I’m going to say yes and like rip off that band-aid?

(18:11):
I had faith and confidence because I was already seeing some really good progress with PPU. The coaching I had done was kind of like a group coaching program before and it wasn’t what I expected. It felt very vague, I wanted someone to literally hold me by the hand tell me what to do.

(18:33):
I don’t want to guess I’m not paying to guess. I’m like, I just want someone to tell me what to do and I’ll do it. And I didn’t get that. So my little hesitation is not the amount or the investment is am I going to get a result? Like, is the other person going to show up because I’m showing up with, you know, it’s that exchange of value. So I can definitely say that I got that and more, way more from P2P.

(18:57):
I think that’s a huge concern that people probably have, Natalie, if they’ve ever invested in anything before going, this is going to be like that thing I bought in the past, like, is this going to be a huge program with 300 people? Is, is the coach really even in there?

(19:11):
You know, am I going to be seen, am I going to be heard? Am I going to get critiqued? Is my stuff going to be on the platform and get looked at? Like for anyone with those fears, what do you want to tell them about that? Why was this different than what you experienced in your prior program?

(19:28):
I got exactly what I was hoping for, someone to hold me by the hand to tell me step-by-step there was no guess work. There was no fluff, your eyes, like you said, were on all our stuff and you were one-on-one right with us. And like you mentioned before, we also got to learn from you coaching the other girls.

(19:47):
And it applied, even though our businesses could be radically different in, there are certain things, there’s a certain thread that kind of is common between the two so we got so much out, like I got way more out than I thought I was going to get so it was worth it like timestamp

(20:01):
And you really utilize the extra perks we have. Right? We have office hours. We have program facilitators that are in there helping, Natalie talk a bit about the extra support that you get in the program.

(20:12):
Oh, office hours was hands down my absolute favorite because again, in the other coaching program, it’s just that time that you get, and that was it. And then you’re on your own until the next meeting. So not only did we have our private Facebook group where we can all, you know, show our homework, ask for feedback when everyone jumped in at any time we had, you know, our pod sisters.

(20:34):
But the office hours so we had your support people or I can’t remember their titles, but they were there helping us for feedback. And it was very intimate and it was just, they were so supportive and so helpful. Like, who else does that? Like, I’ve never heard of that before. And I really got the value and I showed up every week. I was just as excited for office hours as I was for the actual coaching. So that to me was just priceless.

(21:01):
I love that so much. You guys it makes me laugh every time. And I’m like, you guys, what was your favorite part about P2P and rarely do I hear it? Like sometimes they’re like, oh, you are my favorite, they’re like, oh, the pod, my sisters, the office hours, the community.

(21:15):
I’m like, that’s everything, you know, like there’s so many other pieces of why this is so successful for you, guys. That’s beyond Stef like this is an entire experience for you that really led to that. So let’s talk about your success, Natalie. What were your breakthroughs? What were your wins coming out of Podcast to Profit?

(21:36):
Hold your hat, cause there’s a lot. So, well, let me give a starting point. So when I started we started the P2P in August. I just launched the podcast the last day of May, beginning of June. I just hit maybe about a thousand downloads. So since, and I ranked in maybe a couple of countries, so I not to take that away from P2P, but just that’s how good PPU is because it really sets a foundation. So I think that’s important to mention that.

(22:02):
But I had an over 420% increase in downloads in three months. I updated it yesterday too, but I ranked in a total of 14 countries, top 10 and seven countries. I hit the number one spot in three countries. That was huge. And the latest ones, the two biggest countries, USA and Canada. So I hit number 53 in USA.

(22:29):
Last week I hit number seven in Canada. And my head was just like, how does this happen? Then w one yesterday, one of our pod sisters shared, I don’t know if it’s like a link or marketing platform and it was where you can check your global rank and I’m in the top 5% of global podcasts. Like what the what?

(22:51):
Yeah, what the what is right. That’s so amazing. And you had just launched your show right before this program.

(22:58):
My podcast is five months old today. And so the downloads have just been happening. And if the growth continues like it is all hit 10,000 downloads before the end of the year, I started with a thousand. It’s insane.

(23:14):
That is insane. That’s actually insane. And I’m so excited for you.

(23:18):
So those were the podcast stats, and then the biggest breakthrough I got my first client, like all through the podcast.

(23:27):
Yeah. And that right there. So Natalie, like kudos to all your amazing wins, like 400% growth ranking and all the countries, top 5% globally in your first five months of podcasting, you went through my whole process coaching, and then you did PPU and then you did P2P. You’ve been extraordinarily coachable this whole time, which I think is something very important for those of you coming into our January class, there is massive breakthrough on the other side of being fully coachable.

(23:54):
It’s easy to be like, I think I know what to do and I’m going to come in and hear her, but I’m not sure I’m going to implement. Natalie was like, I will literally implement and do anything that you’re saying, because I want to walk the same footsteps that you did. And Natalie success is 20 times faster than what it took me to get to those points and those positions, because she’s been coachable.

(24:15):
So lesson there, I think that’s huge about you. You also showed up, you showed up to everything that there was to offer in this program. Natalie’s you took full advantage of that. And I think that those are big pluses as to why you’ve had so much success. And then your client, like, you’re like, oh my goodness.

(24:31):
And once you guys have one client, you can have 10, you can have a hundred because it’s the same process every time and last but not least, she sold direct from podcast to bank account. Natalie, you didn’t have fancy funnels to do it. You didn’t have 27 webinars. You were like, I’m selling on the show, which we learn in P2P. And then you got a client just like that.

(24:53):
And no social media.

(24:55):
No social media, it’s a miracle, baby Jesus. Okay, girl, last but not least. What do you have to say to anybody who’s like, oh, I don’t know. Should I do it? Should I not do it? Give them a last word of encouragement.

(25:10):
So if anyone is like me who like, I’m a smart person, I can figure it out, there’s no need to reinvent the wheel. Don’t waste your time because you’re gonna end up pulling from this person, from that person, from this idea, you’re gonna spend your wheels and you’re going to stay stuck. And I was like that for a year.

(25:26):
We had a business module included in my certification program for coaching, I got nowhere. Ever since I started with PPU or got the clarity coaching, did PPU, P2P. Then it was like, everything just opened. Don’t waste your time. Don’t try to figure it out. And the biggest bonus, or actually the most important for me is integrity.

(25:49):
So the fact that it’s, faith-based, it’s God led it’s kingdom led, it’s not for the Benjamins, it’s not for all that stuff. It’s about purpose and impact. So we can turn the ship around to make a better world for our kids, for everything that is everything. And that, to me, it means more than the dollar. So if that’s what you’re looking for, if that’s something that resonates with you and that integrity matters, this is the way to go.

Oh girl, get it. And Tiffany is so great. You guys at selling and confidence and your energy, just every time you talk, I’m like, take my money. I love you. I’m here for it. So that being said, you know, you and I have a history, we had done some podcast work together in the past. Why did you decide to come join me in P2P, Tiff?

(27:25):
Yeah. So, my podcast has been around for a couple of years and I initially started, and it was a totally different space that I was focused on. It was originally The Mindset Mama Podcast focused on helping moms with their mindset around motherhood. And I got to this point where I was just like, not feeling that energy anymore, just not in that space anymore.

(27:49):
I just had grown my network marketing business to six figures and I was helping my team do these things. I felt this calling that I needed to really step into the podcast space again, but in this different area. And I just was kind of feeling like a little bit of confusion and all like where to go, how to do this. I mean, I literally bootstrapped my podcast when I first started like Googled what to do and had no clue what I was doing at all.

(28:20):
You and I met just in a Facebook group and you came on my podcast. So I continued to like, keep up with you and follow you and listen to your podcast. And when you started talking about P2P, I was like, this is what I need. Like, if I am going to really take this podcast serious and I’m going to actually do this and like, I need to do this. And so I was like, I need some help. Like Google is only going to get me so far. I need some help.

(28:48):
Oh yes. I’m so glad you said yes. I love that Tiff would show up and you’d have your beautiful baby on a lot of the calls. And I think that’s so cool. We had people that would hop on at 1:00 AM in Australian time, we had mamas on who were doing this with their babies. Like you guys made it work and you said yes to this, even those circumstances weren’t perfect. And so my question is, was it worth it Tiff, what happened to your show and what were your biggest breakthroughs coming out of this program?

(29:18):
Yeah, it was absolutely worth it. I just love the set up of how P2P is, because it really did make it where, it felt doable even though there were times where I had to kind of work around different things. It wasn’t something where I felt like it was a nuisance or like, oh, I have to get on this call or things like that. It was like exciting for me.

(29:45):
And even in those times, or it was more difficult. Like I had so many other things going on, there was always like, Lydia would message me and be like, Hey, don’t forget, we’re on the call. And I’m like, oh my gosh, thank you so much. And so it was like the accountability was therein order to help me, be able to continue with it and keep up with it even during this like really, um, like this, this point in my life where I have so many other things going on, you know, still growing my network marketing business, mommy-ing two littles.

(30:15):
And so it was absolutely worth it to jump into this. My podcast has taken a complete 180. I honestly have been just throwing up like random episodes here and there before getting into this. Now I’m consistently doing two episodes a week, my show has grown 36%. I’ve ranked in multiple countries, I’ve ranked, I just saw, that I ranked in a country number, number two in the country.

(30:49):
And I was just like, what? So crazy. Yeah. And so it was just super exciting to see that. And also I think that the biggest thing for me is seeing people who I had no prior connection to finding me and telling me that they listened to the show and that they love it. So that has been so awesome.

(31:07):
And like just getting reviews from people who, I don’t know who they are, they just have found me thanks to SEO and all the things that I learned in P2P. So making those new connections, that’s like really what I got into this board was just feeling like God was telling me like, Hey, like I’ve given you these tools to do this, now I need you to take this and spread it to the world. Just seeing that that’s actually happening is really exciting.

(31:35):
I love all of that. I think huge thing that you said was accountability. You know, there is not one person that joined P2P that wasn’t on the very last call and what other program, or course, can you say you’ve ever been part of where half the people haven’t dropped off it’s cause we won’t let you. Hi, you’re not here, where are you? And you’re like, I’m coming, and you’ve got a baby on one hip and you’re here.

And you guys made it work and there was accountability and there was you want it to be there and you want it to show up with your homework and you wanted to do a good job at all the things that we were learning. And I think that’s so incredibly important to know, like if you’re going to do this, come in with the mindset that you’re going to finish this, because we’re not going to let you off the hook, your growth, your rankings, Tiff, and we actually finished optimizing your course and your programs.

(32:29):
Yes. So I’m super excited about that and I’m excited to continue to work with you and just really going all in with that. And just really using that the gifts and talents that God has given me to make a bigger impact in walk in my purpose and just really use that to glorify his kingdom. That’s really what I feel like I am being called to do. And so that’s just really exciting to have that clarity, I think, around how I can actually take the things that He has given me and use it to reach more people, to make a bigger impact.

(33:06):
I’ve been on social media and really just growing on social media for so long. Now I’m at this place where I’m like, I’m at a different point in my life. Like I’m a mom now, I have kids like I can’t be spending hours and hours on social media anymore.

(33:20):
And, it’s exciting that I can like come in my office, hop on the mic, record podcast episodes and know that I’m still being able to make a big impact without sacrificing so much of the time and energy and things that I was putting into growing and building a business on social media with, it’s really exciting to know that I don’t have to do it that way.

(33:43):
