It’s almost the end of 2021! Can you believe it? Time sure flies when you are building a business that lights your soul on fire. One of the TOP ways I have built a successful, God-centered business is by setting time aside to pour into a 3-step process each year. I do this at my annual CEO retreat, and I want to take you on that journey with me.
Pull up a chair and join me and my biz bestie, my homegirl, Chelsi Jo as we share a full, unedited recap of our CEO Intensive last weekend! Come along as we talk about why these 3 days are imperative to our success and how you can use this same system to transform your own life and business.
Be sure to stay tuned until the end of the episode when we share a HUGE REVEAL. Something you don’t know, but you need to know. Like now. Get ready. Let’s do this.
I pray this blesses you big.
FULL EPISODE TRANSCRIPTION:
(00:01):
Hi, friend! It’s Thursday, December 9th. Can I get a what? I cannot believe this year is almost over. It’s crazy, but here we sit and I actually just got home from my CEO retreat that I do every year. Well, this is this second year, but believe me it’s about to become a definite annual recurring event for me because it is so transformational in just a billion ways.
(00:33):
And I’m about to break that down for you. Today’s episode is going to be taking you on a journey of what Chelsi Jo, my dear friend and I, who went through this experience together really learned, how did we scale our businesses using this exact process that we’re gonna walk you guys through today here on the show and how can you use this exact system to absolutely change your life.
(01:06):
To be able to hit the revenue numbers and the download numbers and create the team dynamic that I’ve built and the organization and all these little pieces and still be able to work a lean week at 26 to 29 hours in my business, which I’m actually gonna be sharing all of that with you guys next week on the show, my 2021 goals and how I landed and what the numbers are and how I got there, and what’s new, cause there’s a lot of changes coming for 2022.
(01:37):
I’m gonna share that with you next week. So be sure you’re subscribed, but in today’s episode, it’s really about like, how did I even get here? How was I able to create this vision? And what does this process look like and why is it so absolutely imperative to your success to have this beautiful time and space carved out to just really pour into your business. So grab a notebook in pen.
(02:03):
I really pray that this blesses you and please stay tuned until the end of today’s episode, because we have a huge, huge reveal that is absolutely time sensitive, that you’re definitely gonna wanna know. So stay tuned to the end of the show and find out our super secret surprise. Let’s do this.
(03:29):
This is Stef & Chels’ show.
(03:36):
We were joking that we should have a podcast together cause there’s so much magic. I mean, if I say so myself, when we hang out together and so we decided we should have a jingle for you guys, whenever we get together and do an episode.
(03:50):
That was it. You just heard it. And that is not the epic reveal. You’re gonna have to hang around until the very end of this episode to hear the most incredible news ever. And it is not that we are starting a podcast together although you often ask that question.
(04:04):
Today, we’re gonna talk to you about something really fun that Stefanie and I have been doing over the past couple years, and we’re gonna share all of the deep, juicy information on what goes down inside of our CEO retreats. If you hang out with us on Instagram and all you saw a few little sneak peeks, it’s gorgeous, it’s beautiful, but it’s so much more than that. Stefanie, what are we gonna tell them today?
(04:25):
You guys, we are really gonna tell you how we use this process to scale our own businesses and how this can actually change your life. This exact process that we go through is something that you can go through too and you should be going through.
(04:43):
It’s the most, I mean, truly critical piece of my success that if I did not do this, I would be absolutely flying in the dark. I would absolutely not know what I could achieve in my business, how to achieve it in my business. And I wouldn’t be filled, like my heart is so full right now from this experience. And we can’t wait to just share this with you guys.
(05:04):
So let’s just begin telling them about our retreat, Chels, first of all, let’s rewind, let’s go down memory lane. Like why did we start our CEO retreat?
(05:16):
We were actually talking about this when we were together. Like, how did this even happen? This is so weird. You’re not 2d anymore, you’re 3d, we’re sitting on the same couch. I didn’t even know you like you’re a total stranger.
(05:28):
I’m not gonna give you the long version of this, but real short version. Here we go. Stefanie was my coach and I was really annoying. And I talked to her all the time and then she fell in love with me.That is not what we recommend you do if you are being coached by us.
(05:50):
But truly what had happened is Stefanie and I both were asked to speak at The Dreamer Summit two years ago. And it just connected us on the same playing field to where we were both peers working towards speaking at the same virtual event. And then we decided, Hey, are we gonna do this together in the same room? We were like, wait, are we joking? No, I think we’re serious. And then we just got together and that’s really kind of how it started.
(06:20):
It was so God, because I wasn’t looking for this magical God sent friendship that it has become, but he knew what I needed before I knew what I needed and he yoked us up and we went to this thing and we just truly connected it in so much more than this event that we spoke at.
(06:40):
But we connected from a faith place. We connected from our business goals, our morals and values are super aligned. Plus I’m so weird and awkward and it makes Chelsea laugh and she desperately needed that in her life. And she has all of these amazing things that she brings at the table that I needed in my life when it came to communication or getting my life together. I mean, you guys name it like it was just such a beautiful match, literally made in heaven.
(07:07):
So we did that and then we went home and we realized that we had to stay connected. There was this beautiful accountability that started to naturally happen around the things that we brought home from our first retreat. And our first retreat was not like this one. It was kind of high level.
(07:26):
We definitely went through business goals and broke our goals down. We did a lot of strategy work and set up our planner. So we did a lot of hard work and we casted vision. We had fun. We did all of those pieces and it was kind of this cool, like round one, like, okay, I think we should do that again. And so we went through and what we discovered was we literally achieved almost to the dollar,
(07:52):
Literally like almost to the dollar.
(07:54):
And the download.
(07:55):
All the numbers.
(07:58):
And we looked at each other and we’re like, how did we do that? We both knew, like, it was the depth of the planning and the processing and the praying and the playing and all the pieces that we did in CEO retreat one. That we actually did it. We did the work that we let left with and then we accomplished all the things. So we said, let’s do that again, but even more in depth.
(08:26):
A little bit more intense. So just to kind of give you a bird’s eye view. We’re talking CEO retreat one and two. We’re gonna really go into CEO retreat two, but just so you know, like at the very first one, we sat on this table, that’s just full of whiteboards. And we sat at this table in a room that’s full of whiteboards and all of the dry erase markers and numbers and like words and things just are flying all over the place.
(08:53):
And Stef’s coming outta the brain, Stefanie’s brain’s like real weird, it does these things with numbers. And then she gets really excited about it. It starts working, she starts throwing pins and I’m like sitting over there, like what is going on? And that’s like all the further we could go in the first retreat.
(09:10):
And so we left with this list of like, this is exactly what you need to do to be able to get where this big dream is in your head. Like, it’s a big dream. It’s audacious. It’s really out of the realm of what you even think could be possible and it makes you wanna pee a little bit whenever you think about it. And then you get real scared.
(09:30):
You don’t even wanna write it down cuz you get really scared. I remember Stefanie like pretend throwing up, cuz it was so scary when she like wrote the things down the first year. So that’s how that went. But so this last, the one that we just came back from, we’ve got three things that we wanna break down for you. So if you’re taking notes and you’re following along, we’ve got three big sections here.
(09:51):
And really the first thing that we wanna talk to you about all this process can really change your life and going through a really in-depth CEO retreat is just allowing first of all, yourself to be in a space with somebody that you trust and that can know you in a place without judgment.
(10:12):
And I think being able to be yoked up with other people that… Either you just gotta be able to step out there and say hi, I don’t really know you, but I think I wanna know you cause it was quite scary. I didn’t know how much I could trust, and vice versa with Stefanie, we just had become friends and connected and we just wanted to give it a try. And I’m so glad that we did because this space over the five days, it was really four full intense days of mapping out and working through a lot of stuff.
(10:46):
And our retreat gave us this opportunity to digest, like we went through The Dreamer Summit again, we went through all of our goals. We sat down and we looked at what are our fears? And we went our hearts in the deepest way, we prayed over every day and we had a lot of work time, but for us work time is play time. But we also did play too.
(11:07):
There was time for baths and there was time for like fun.
(11:10):
Not together.
(11:11):
Not together. So there was just a lot of time for us. And later on, we’re gonna get into exactly what that looked like but I do wanna mention that stepping away from your family is fun. And every single time Stefanie and I do this, we get really nervous to leave our babies, really nervous to leave our husbands with our babies and our parents.
(11:42):
And I’ve got a lot of people doing a lot of things for me when I’m gone, somebody else is on pickup one day versus another person and I’m loading car seats two days before, it is a lot, but here’s one thing that I definitely learned from this section that we’re gonna talk about is nobody really even missed me, like at all. I came home and I was like, oh wow, I should probably leave more often.
(12:06):
The house was clean, everyone was like, Hey, mom!
(12:12):
They were happy. Actually your daughter hugged me before you so…
(12:19):
I know she didn’t hear I was home.
(12:22):
And that’s same for me. Every time before a trip, I go through this moment in my mind of like, I just really shouldn’t go, it’s fine. I’ll just not go – lies in my head and excuses about why I shouldn’t go. That’s every single time I should know this about myself by now. I freak out and I have travel anxiety. Then I drive my husband insane and he’s like, stop, relax, just go.
(12:48):
I’m like, bless him cuz he hunted for like literally a month straight. He’s like, this is the least do for yourself. And I’m like, you know what? You’re right. Like this is the least I can do for myself and for my business is go pour into this thing that my blood, sweat, tears, heart and soul is vested in for four days. And it doesn’t even have to be four days.
(13:09):
But for me it was like, you know what? I do deserve to do this and God laid this out so beautifully and perfectly that it’s a gift from him for me to do this. So I’m gonna do it. And we made sure, you know, there was all the notes, believe me all over the place. And the clothes were like, I went a little overboard, but same as Chelsi.
(13:28):
hey had boys night, they stayed up late, played video games. They probably ate one or two frozen pizzas and you know what? They flipping loved it and everyone’s happy. And I came home and they said, when are you leaving again?
(13:42):
They really don’t care. And we’re taking a moment to talk about this quickly just because I know this is such a huge thing for us. So we know it’s gonna be a huge thing for you. And it might seem like, oh Stef and Chels have this all this figured out. And they have all the support in the world and we do have some support, but it’s really hard in our own minds and our own hearts before we actually do the thing.
(14:05):
And so just coming from our own experience, I want you to know that what you come back home to is really not as Harry scary as you think it is. And I went the opposite direction. I just asked Blaine what can I do for you to help your time be successful before I leave? And he said, if you could just have food in the fridge, that would be cool. That is the only thing I did. That’s it.
(14:28):
I’m like, you don’t want notes, and he’s like, I don’t need anything. And that just as testament to the systems that I’ve laid the groundwork in. If I could toot the system horn for just a real quick second there. So that’s the thing, is being in this space with somebody else that is really aligned with what, you’re both kind of doing the same exact thing and you can open up and you can share and being able to bounce ideas off of someone else, that’s actually listening and cares to listen to you and wants you to have success and to achieve. It’s a beautiful thing. Anything else you need to say about that Stef?
(15:08):
The only other thing I wanna add here is to the point of being with someone who’s in of the same faith and moral compass as you and their values, because I can come to somebody, I can go to any mastermind, but I cannot talk to someone from a, you know, how do we build this biblically?
(15:27):
What does scripture say about this thing I’m dealing with or building this thing out? It was so nice because I know that anything I bring to the table, Chelsi and I are both gonna look at it from a God centered place. And that’s really hard to find that. But it does exist because there is no success without God, period. Both of us believe like our revenue is from Him. Our businesses is from Him.
(15:53):
This friendship is from Him. The way that we can grow in our motherhood and our marriages, He has the answers. But if you’re not sitting across from someone else that believes those same things as you, you can be let astray. And so it’s super important to me that the women I’m building my business around and I am partnered with, are of that same mindset.
(16:11):
And then the only other piece is like, when you have someone that’s just like you, we just had so much fun. There’s so much work, but there’s so much fun. Just to give you a visual, I was wearing fake eyelashes because I was trying to be cute because Chelsi’s so cute, but they’re bugging me. And so I’m like ripping them off and I’m rubbing my eyes and have mascara everywhere. And my hair is a hot mess.
(16:36):
And she is like, snorting, she’s laughing so hard at me being a boy. You know, I’m like, I’m trying to be a girl Chelsi. We’re just the same, it’s so funny because you’re in this room with someone else who like their life looks like your life and you get to just be who you are.
(16:55):
And there’s so much freedom in that. There’s no buttoning up cuz you don’t know the people in the room or because they’re not of the same mind as you are, like trying to be something you’re not, it’s just so much freedom.
(17:07):
It really is. Here’s the real meat and potatoes of what do we do. What do you actually to do at a CEO retreat? What’s the purpose? Why do we do this? And we’ve got two big major steps that we really hammered out this year that I’m really excited to talk about, Stef. I’m gonna let you take the first one cause it’s really your bag. And then I’ll take the last one.
(17:28):
Cool. So I think when you step into a CEO retreat, the very first thing that I want to accomplish when it comes to really looking at my business as a whole is what did I achieve this year? Did I hit the goals that I set out to achieve? And we’re looking at podcast downloads, revenue broken down by coaching, courses, programs, affiliate revenue. I’m looking at all the components of my business.
(17:52):
We’re looking at sales numbers, we’re looking at number of students and I’m looking at that going, did I hit it? Yay or nay. And what’s crazy is almost to the penny we hit all, both of us, hit our goals because the second part of this process is what am I gonna do next year? And you’re forecasting out based on not just Willy nilly, like what should it be? But there are formulas, my loves.
(18:17):
There are growth rates, partnered with a little sprinkle of God’s jokes. And he’s gonna definitely surprise you, but there are these numbers that you can forecast when it comes to stretch goals in your revenue, in your podcast, downloads, in your courses, in your programs, getting all those numbers out of your heart onto a humongous, amazing whiteboard, and then going, how do I hit that?
(18:41):
And so this is where like I come to life and I’m throwing things cause I’m so excited and I’m telling Chelsi you’re gonna do this and we’re gonna do this and when you have this many things and this many things, and we know strategically what she’s doing in her month, every single month and how she’s doing it and what the prices need to look like, and we’re going through and dissecting from a strategic place, how you hit those goals?
(19:05):
There’s a weird thing about this, you guys. I don’t know what happens in Stefanie’s brain. Like this calculator in these things that she just talked about. Like, I can’t even repeat to you. She won’t tell me how she gets there. I don’t know how she does it. She says she writes it down. We take pictures, she puts it in notes.
(19:21):
I still don’t understand that. I just let her do the thing. I’m like, wow. So here I come from my little analytical brain and she writes something down, like that’s not righ, we gotta work it from this other angle. She’s like, all right, fine, test me. Let’s see. So she’ll work it the other way, the number comes out the same. She literally threw a dry erase marker at me. She was like, boom, I’m we’re doing this. This is your thing, your number. Here is where you can be.
(19:47):
And it’s never like a hard definitive, last year was a hard definitive but this year, there’s a range. Do I wanna like push so hard? Do I have that energy, like I’ve got some other things that are big for me this year. Or do I wanna scale back a little bit and just kind of do it a little bit easier? So here’s a range. You could hit anywhere between here and here depending on this thing and that thing. And it’s just so crazy to see you like map all that stuff out. It’s really fun process.
(20:15):
It’s so fun. I can’t, I love it. And so at the end of this whole process, when there’s three humongous walls covered in numbers and formulas and all this epic strategy, we’re looking at this going, this is possible. Like these numbers that, oh my goodness, when God whispered that to me, I like, excuse me. Like, there’s no way that can be possible. There’s a way to slice it, to figure out how it can be possible and yet still fit into your life in a totally achievable way. Like here’s what’s so weird.
(20:53):
And then we’re gonna move to step three in this process. I can run a lean business in 26 hours a week. That’s unbelievable. Really, truly, it’s unbelievable. Because we’re taking a look from a big strategic point of view at what do we want our calendars and lives to look like? Then what does that allow for from a revenue download and growth perspective. Then we fill the bucket.
(21:21):
We don’t say we’re willing to work 60 hours a week, add some random number, but we are main maintaining a lifestyle where we are truly able to pour into our spiritual growth, our marriage, our children, and then our business. And that’s what it should be. So it’s super cool. I don’t know if you have anything else on the strategy and then we’ll move to your section.
(21:42):
No, this section is really strategy based on business, how are we going to do, because everybody wants to grow. That’s the point, even if I just wanted to maintain that number’s on the board too. And so there’s this thing where it’s like, you really get to choose. You get to sit on this.
(22:01):
Stefanie doesn’t have to sit on it. Stefanie was going before she even got home and I’m like, I need a week to sit. I need a week to digest. You might not hear fromme, I’m not gonna Voxer you for three days, I need to be in my quiet space. It might not be that exaggerated, but it feels like that to me. So there’s space for both of us to be who we are in this process.
(22:20):
It’s not as rigid as you might think. The beauty of it is just understanding and knowing that this is what major companies you, they sit down and they look at projected growth. Like this is a real thing for companies to thrive and thinking that your little pidly old business doesn’t deserve that is really a disservice to what you were created to do.
(22:41):
And I really hope that just from hearing this, you get inspired and what the potential is and how you could be a part of this process. But let’s talk about the third part of the process. So this is where my brain like totally lights up and Stefanie sits there and she’s like, well, no, I don’t know. Well, what about this? I don’t think, I’m just gonna leave it like this. Well, no, I’m not. And then it’s her turn to be skeptical Sue on the other side.
(23:07):
And then Chelsi can throw a marker at me cuz I totally bought in at the end of it.
(23:13):
So this is where we sit down and we, we truly take all that stuff. It’s like, okay, you’ve gotta do this big thing. And if you do these big things, you’re gonna end up hitting all these goals. When, how, what. Those are really big things I’ve never done before. I don’t understand. I see all the other people doing it. Like it’s super easy, but how do I do it?
(23:42):
And so instead of just going home and chasing every black rabbit hole on the internet, you can and getting super distracted and super lost and going astray from your actual goal. I sit down and I map all of this out. We literally reverse engineer that goal from a year from now all the way back into what do we start doing? Day one of Q1. Stefanie’s already probably done four of them and it’s not even Q1.
(24:07):
Only two. I’ve actually only checked off two bubbles. I would like to have you know.
(24:12):
I don’t know. I think I might have checked off one, but that’s the fun of it is literally sitting down and the whole whiteboard gets erased. It’s all gone. Everything. We take lots of pictures, really good in the notes on it. We digest it. Whole thing gets erased. And then we work all of the things. Here’s the big goal. Let’s brain dump, all the things that needs to happen. All those things that we said, we have to have happen. What is it gonna take to get there?
(24:38):
And we map out every single quarter, all of the goals that have to be achieved, I call them step stones. And so how do you get from where you are right now? All the way to the other side of this massive river. Like that’s a big river. We throw areally big boulders in there that make it super easy for you to swim to. So you just do a little swimming. You re that first stepping stone and all of that is behind you.
(25:05):
And so this looks like literally taking all of the projects that have to be done and saying which ones come first, which ones have to be done first. Those have to go in Q1, which ones have to be done second and then third. And we mapped all that out. And literally we both walked away. Stefanie, why don’t you tell them what you want walked away with, actually?
(25:28):
It’s so legit because last retreat we ended kind of with my stuff. Like we had this big strategy and we both had these big to-do lists. Here’s all your projects and here’s all the to-do lists that go with it. Well, two problems here when Stefanie leaves with a to-do list that has a hundred things on it, I just go after it like a dog with a bone, you cannot stop me. You cannot control me. I won’t see my family for four years because I have to get them done. A to-do list hangs over my head, like a huge black cloud.
(26:06):
And here’s what happens whenever I have like this massive to-do list over my head. I’ll just sit there and stare at it for like a real long time. Nothing will happen for like six months because I don’t know how to do it unless I know how to do it. I gotta know how to do it.
(26:26):
And so it’s just so such a beautiful process, which is why I do what I do with myself to be able to move forward is I have to take it and break it down and put it into really manageable pieces that I know all I have to do is today right now. I remember that process with Stefanie, as I’m trying to like really coach her on, what does this look like? And why is this important? Cuz at one point she’s like, I feel like I’m just wasting all my time planning instead of just getting up and doing the thing.
(26:55):
Yeah. That’s what I thought.
(26:57):
And I told he I hear that all the time from people like this process, so as I went through the process at the intimate, she was like, oh, I feel a little bit freer. I’m like, yeah, like that’s where…
(27:10):
No, I didn’t say I feel a little bit freer. I said, where is the template that I can purchase to do this for literally every project in my entire life. So we have this huge, to give you guys a visual, I have this huge project that I’m gonna build around my podcasting course. And there’s probably legit 30 steps to make that happen.
(27:29):
So I was just gonna walk away with the 30 step to-do list. I’ll get it done. I’ll never see my family and that’s not okay. And I need to be able to know when to turn work off. And so we took it and we followed this system that’s Chelsi created where you reverse engineer this big project into these stepping stones. So I did that. We had three specific things. Each one of those had those 30 things underneath each of those.
(27:55):
Then we were able to assign when do those pieces need to be done? So I had dates plugged into those according to my life and my calendar and my schedule and the other projects that were going on simultaneously. And then we plugged that into her time blocking system.
(28:10):
And so I was able to actually have in my Asana, what am I actually doing in a work block? That’s project based. That’s going to get this one major thing accomplished by the end of Q1. And my brain exploded. I’m like, this is life right now.
(28:28):
It’s a really cool process. And even for me too, because then I know that I can just still go home. I do all my things in home. And then whenever it’s time for my work block, I sit down, I open up my work flow and I know exactly when I’m going to get everything done that needs to be done by the end of March.
(28:47):
So it’s really just such an incredible gift and process to be able to go through these three segments and you know, what’s so funny, Stef’s like we have to write a list of all the things we did at our CEO retreat, because people are gonna ask us. And as soon as I got home, Blaine was like, okay, so what did you do? And I’m like I have a list. Let me show you all the things that got done.
(29:10):
I was able to do this in my business plus look at these things that I wanna do in my personal life. Look at what I’m gonna be able to focus on in my marriage and look at this specific dollar amount that I wanna be able to generate, to be able to use for giving, to be able to use for good in my life. And just like all of these different kinds of things that are so unbelievably beautiful. And anything else you wanna add to that, Stef?
(29:36):
No, I think it was this beautiful culmination of getting different people in the room that have different skillsets. I can only go so far on my own, but being able to then use someone else’s brain that has a different skillset, you see things in a very different way allows me to grow and expand and same for you. So there’s so much power in using your skillset, but then allowing someone else to bring what they have to the table and challenge you a little bit so that you can stretch.
(30:07):
So here’s the really fun news for you guys. Are you ready?
(30:10):
Oh God, we’re doing it.
(30:13):
You get to go through this process officially. Stefanie and I have a really awesome opportunity. That’s gonna be happening in 2022 on March 4-6, and it’s called Call Her Blessed.
(30:32):
There it is. What we did here is we sat down and we said, what is this process? We came up with the CHB success method. And it’s three steps, what we just explained to you. And we are not giving it away anywhere else. We will not be giving the how’s away on the show. We will not be creating a course around this.
(30:51):
This is something you have to do in person, you have to be fully immersed in because you know, it ain’t for the faint of heart. This is for you if you’re like, I literally wanna rise into this potential. I wanna live at my fullest potential and purpose in my life, in my marriage, my motherhood and my business. And I really wanna achieve this God led success in all three areas.
(31:17):
And so that’s why we sat down and we created this and we said, let’s do this with them. And we decided that we could serve 20 women. Well, that 20 of you could come sit in the exact room with the whiteboards that we’ve been talking about. And we could pour out this process with you.
(31:35):
And we have the most incredible tools to help you get there between the workbooks that we’ve created and the plan that we have, and these three to take you through. And we just knew that we had to create something to let you have the same experience with this group of God led rooted women.
(31:54):
Because here’s the thing. You can go anywhere on the internet and start typing in retreat or mastermind. And it’s just not gonna be something where, you know, when you step into that room, all of those women are going to be work from home faith-based moms that are trying to do this exact same thing. And I knew how badly I wanted that for myself before I even knew I wanted it for myself.
(32:17):
I didn’t have words to articulate what it was. I just knew that I wanted something that had more depth, more meaning, and I was searching and I was trying to build it on my own. And it just naturally happened. And I think that that’s a big reason, Stefanie and I wanna make sure that in everything that we do right, what we do in our own lives individually, and we’re so blessed by this friendship that now it’s time to now bless other people with this magnificent and incredible just thing that happens when we come together.
(32:44):
And so that strategy that I told you that she won’t even tell me how she does, that’s what you’re gonna get to go through. And that whole strategy of sitting there with this beautifully mapped out process of how are you gonna reach your goals in the next 90 days, we’re literally gonna have you walk away with a 30, 60, 90 action plan.
(33:04):
Everything’s gonna be reversed engineered for you, from me and Stefanie and a group of women, all there to support you. And that is the beauty of CHB. There’s also an extra component to CHB that truly is actually beautiful. There’s so much about the space that Stefanie and I host in at which this is gonna be taking place in Gilbert, Arizona, where Stefanie and I do our retreat. You’re gonna go to the same restaurants. You’re gonna work in the same female coworking space where we’re renting it out just for us. It is absolutely aesthetically appealing.
(33:37):
It feels like a retreat. Your brain’s gonna be working. It’s gonna be intense for your brain. It’s gonna be intense for your heart. But everything that you’re surrounded by is beautiful. The food is so incredible. Like every meal we eat is amazing. There’s kombucha and cold brew on top.
(33:54):
Amen.
(33:56):
Amen. Everything that you touch is going to be curated for you to feel taken care of over the weekend, because so much of that is you understanding that you are allowed to not only feel beautiful, but actually produce the beauty that you are crafted to be able to give to the world.
(34:14):
When you pull up the CHB website, you’re gonna be able to learn everything about this event. You can go to callherblessed.us, and it is the beauty that you’re going to experience. The growth that you’re gonna be able to have is absolutely exponential. It’s something that we’ve experienced on our own and we want you to have that too.
(34:32):
And those of you who are like I so am here for this, you’re gonna join us Friday. So Friday evening on March 4th, and we begin with C, which is challenge. So we’re gonna be going through and surrendering to a transformation process. We’re gonna be doing some work in a workbook.
(34:50):
We are taking you to this, oh my gosh, four course meal. So beautiful. The most gorgeous restaurant. You’re gonna love it so much. We can get all dressed up in. You can put on your lashes and they can hang off like mine do, and you can love it.
(35:05):
I’m not right now.
(35:08):
On Saturday, we’re gonna actually go through the harness method, which is this strategic part that we talked a lot about. What are you going to do in these different buckets of your life? And then on Sunday morning, do a little bit of Saturday night, Sunday morning, we do this whole 90 day reverse engineering that Chelsi really spoke to. And you walk away with this full impact, implementing this plan for impact and income.
(35:34):
So you know what you need to do and how you need to do it. And then for those of you who are like, but what about like, just hanging out with you guys? What about like some personalized time, some personalized coaching we actually have at this point, we have eight spots, but now we only have five left cuz we did let our students know about this ahead of time, V I P spots.
(35:57):
So if you wanna stay one more day, you can extend and stay from Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon with us get 24 more hours where you get individual power coaching, goal and implementation strategy, a private dinner, and highend brand photography shots with Denise Cares. And she is so good. Chelsi and I just did our shoot with her and she don’t play, like they are phenomenal, gorgeous. You’re gonna walk away with this bundle of photos, go be legit in your business. So that all comes with the V I P experience.
(36:35):
There’s a lot it’s to digest and I’m sure you’re super curious. So we really want you to go check out the website. It’s gonna really dial in exactly who this is for which truly like if you have a business and you’re unsure about how to break everything down that you see in your head that you know, that you wanna get to and you’ve been hungry for it. And you’re almost discouraged because you just keep having this hunger. This is the ticket, right?
(37:01):
And it’s probably the most inexpensive ticket that you could ever purchase for your business. Stefanie and I have invested both in very pricey programs to be able to sit in the same room with other people, to get us to where we wanna go in our business and nothing has ever panned out as beautifully as this has panned out for us.
(37:20):
And truly, this is a passion project for us. So please grab your ticket ASAP. So we only have 10 seats left right now. There’s going to be a total of 20 women there. 10 of them have already been gobbled up by our students that are currently inside of our programs. And now we’re opening up, but there’s only 10 left.
(37:40):
And then if you wanna grab a V I P spot, there’s only five of those available for upgrade, but go to callherblessed.us, to get all of the details, feel free to pop us messages. If you’re really thinking about this, we’re happy to answer any questions that you might have.
(37:56):
We’re just so excited. We cannot wait to see you at this event. You know, when you say yes to this and truly the price point on this is kind of a joke, but like Chelsi and I mentioned it’s, there is no other way for you to have this truly exponential transformational experience, but to get in the room. And so we wanted to make that so affordable.
(38:22):
And we knew that if it was for you you’d know, like right now you have holy spirit, goosebumps going. I think this is for me, that is not on accident. Those are there on purpose. You’re listening to this episode still on purpose. One of those 10 spots has your name on it and where there’s God’s will, there’s a way there’s a payment plan for you. So we have not only made this so affordable, but we also have a payment plan option for those of you that need that.
(38:49):
And the VIP is also super affordable. So say yes, jump in with us. We can’t wait to hug you in person to pamper you, to pour into you and to help you explode your business, your life, your heart, your motherhood, your marriage in ways that you didn’t even know possible and to make 2022 your most impactful year yet, we’ll meet you at Call Her Blessed.
