Stef: Hi Bekah Yawn, welcome to the podcast friend.

Bekah: Hey, thanks for having me!

Stef: Can you share with everyone who you are, and details about your podcast?

Bekah: Awesome, Thank you. My name is Bekah Yawn. I am the podcast host for For the Love of Hormones . My podcast focuses on hormone and conception health for Christian women. I help women that are trying to get pregnant or recovering from miscarriage and I support them in a Biblical and physical way.

Stef: Awesome! The work that you do is such a blessing to everyone. Let’s talk a little about how you found my brand and what made you want to join Podcast to Profit (P2P)?

Bekah: I actually found you during my training to become a hormone coach. Someone I know shared your podcast with me after I shared with her that I had wanted to start a podcast. I found you and listened for a few months and then during one of your course sales I prayed and then signed up!

Stef: Yes! Did you jump straight to P2P or did you take Podcast Pro University (PPU) first?

Building a Business Rooted in Income Growth for the Kingdom of God

Bekah: I actually did PPU and started to realize I really wanted to monetize my podcast.  The work that I do is the most important thing in the world to me. I’m helping people have babies. I’m helping lives come into the world and this is so important. I have an immensely strong conviction that the more people I serve the more people that will be born into the kingdom of God to serve. That’s one of the biggest reasons why I trusted you, Stefanie, is because I felt like you clearly know what you are doing. That’s essentially what led me to decide and join P2P.

Stef: That’s really cool. I want everyone to hear what Bekah said. The podcast is what was shared with you. It’s what got you to see a result with me and to trust me enough to say yes to the program. And the urgency offer is what pushed you off the fence, which is the framework of P2P. You were able to live it you followed the framework which you are duplicating in your business. Did you have any fears or roadblocks before joining the program?

Bekah: The biggest thing was money. I wondered if the program was going to do what it promised to do. Any business expense is a huge commitment so it was a concern for me. Looking back, anytime I got spotlight training I always told my husband that alone was worth the money I paid. The 5 minutes with Stef and her advice is so powerful and punchy because it works.

God Will Provide a Way For Income Growth in Your Business

Stef: Thank you. I sit in awe when people say things like that. For God to make a way financially to get it done. It’s so good. I always say if it’s God’s will for you He will make a way. Why do we think that He can’t do that in our business? Why do we think He can’t do that in our finances? If it’s something that He’s positioned you to do there is usually blessing on it. And that’s how we can always look and ask is this the next right step for me. If we see the fruit and we recognize favor on us moving forwards in that way, then we usually know that it is God and not just us. Bekah will you share how your experience was in the first couple of months of P2P?

The importance of Feedback to Grow a Profitable Business

Bekah: It was so much fun for me. I loved the real time support, all the answers, and all of the framework inside the program. The biggest part for me was getting feedback. I remember submitting my first cover photo and someone asked me if it was really what I wanted my brand to look like. At first I was kind of mad because I worked so hard on it. But honestly it looked like a space princess piece of work and I’m glad someone asked me to think deeply about it. Because of their advice, I stopped rushing into things, I did them with quality, and slowed down. Getting feedback from the team and from you was so huge. 

Stef: What was your favorite part?

Bekah: Finishing the program, being on your show, and looking at my stats. It’s been 1 year since I launched my podcast and I have 17k downloads in over 74 countries. I’ve sold 20 of my online course. My superfan number went from 250 when I started to 450 in just one year. Looking back, I am so surprised and I realize that this thing works. It’s beautiful to see the end result of all the nitty gritty hard work. I’m so thankful for you and your team. Without all of your support I definitely would not be where I am today.

Have a Learner Mindset to See Income Growth in Your Business

Stef: That’s insane. Doubling superfans. Over an increase of 61% of your income. What amazing income growth! You were an incredible student. I think that has a lot to do with the results you ended up having in the program. What I love about this story is all of the hard work, the refining and optimizing that you did brought you results. If you make 20 course sales you can make 2000, it is the same rinse and repeat process. The hardest work is behind you. You will do more hard things, grow, and stretch. It’s all up from here. I’m so proud of you.

Bekah: Thank you. I’ve thought in the course of this year that the work takes time but I’m thinking about all the babies that have come with the people I’ve worked with. And it’s been so beautiful. It’s not just about making money or selling courses. It’s about serving women during this really difficult season of life and getting to see some results of people walking through the things and learning, and submitting themselves to the work I ask them to do and seeing the results as well. It’s so fulfilling.

Your Business is Kingdom Work

Stef: Absolutely. When we grow our business we reach more people, and all of that is kingdom work. So happy for you. If someone is thinking about praying over what they should invest in, or if they are trying to decide between Podcast to Profit or Podcast Pro University, what would you say to them?

Bekah: Just do it. Find a way to make it happen. If I had done this by myself it probably would have taken me 3-5 years to get where I am just 1 year later. I’m so excited to see where I’m at in a few years. I know the next few years are going to be huge thanks to the framework that I got in your program for how to set up my podcast and how to monetize it. I think it’s a pretty wise idea to jump in.
