What’s up friends. Hey, welcome to another episode of the Mompreneur Mastermind Show. I’m so pumped because today we are digging deep into clarity work. If you’ve been wondering about your title, brand, one-liner, tagline, or description for your podcast, website, or blog, this is the place to hangout for the next 30-40 minutes.
(00:22):
We are going to dig into eight minute mini clarity sessions with some of my business builder bundle gals that were recently with me in a workshop. I’m so excited to be sharing this with you. I know it’s going to help you have clarity. Also really learn from the clarity work that I did with each person in this workshop, visualizing the verbiage that I used and painting the picture of what that avatar really wants to know and learn because that’s really what it’s all about, right?
(00:50):
It’s not about you. It’s about our avatar, our listener. We’re going to have some fun. Before we do and before we get really deep into clarity work right now this morning, I just wanted to remind you guys that coaching prices are going up. If you’ve been on the fence about grabbing a podcast strategy session with me just like these today, if you are a Podcast Pro University student, you are eligible for a 30 minute mini, please email me support@stefaniegass.com. We’ll get you all squared away.
(01:24):

I have a one or two or three spots left. You can email us support@stefaniegass.com and we’ll get you all set up.
(01:45):
Lastly, are you a podcaster who is looking to 10X, grow, scale, and then monetize your very own podcast and figure out what your program, coaching offer, or eCourse is going to be. (04:33):
So we are starting with Alison. Good morning. Alison, are you in the house? Where are you at girl?
(04:39):
I am in the house. Hi.
(04:44):
Okay. So let me start our timer eight minutes. Read me your one liner girl.
(04:48):
All right. I help overwhelmed moms overcome emotional eating so that they may find peace in their mind, body, and soul.
(04:58):
So the next thing is, do you have a title for your podcast and where are you stuck with clarity?
(05:05):
So a title would be a little bit where I’m looking for some help. Part of it too, is my title. What I do, because I feel like health coach is too generic. I don’t know, emotional health coach has come across my mind. I’m trying to reach people that are looking at the physical right now. They’re struggling with, because they’re on this diet roller coaster and this emotional eating that’s sabotaging them. So I don’t know if that’s it’s too far the other way.
(05:37):
Can you say emotional eating mentor?
(05:40):
Yeah, I could.
(05:43):
I am an emotional eating mentor and I helped overwhelmed moms overcoming emotional eating and get healthy.
(05:49):
Awesome. Yeah, I like it.
(05:51):
Okay. So when we think about a podcast, is it a mom? Yes. So we know it’s overwhelmed mom. She’s dealing with emotional eating. We want to teach her about health, right? Maybe mindset. So any ideas of what you want to call this thing?
(06:06):
So I also, along with coaching, I actually own, I opened in December really bad timing, a physical store. It’s got the health foundation and actually that’s where I meet my clients is we have a cozy couch coroner that’s in front of a fireplace. I have classes and things like that.
(06:25):
Then I have eight local vendors who sell locally-made jewelry. We sell the cleaner, safer beauty and health care products, supplements that I stand behind, that kind of thing. So that’s the other part of what I do.
(06:37):
The name of my store is the abundant living project, because I don’t know if we would want to tie something like that in, because that’s part of where people are finding me right now. That’s where my clients have found me so far. Or if we just want to go a whole different way.
(06:50):
The only thing about the abundant living project is that makes me think about like financial abundance, especially abundant living. So I think if you really want to target this health niche, I think you should say that in the title, but you could say brought to you by the abundant living project, go to www.com to shop our latest, favorite supplements and our favorite healthy this or that.
(07:14):
So you can totally still plug the abundant living, but what if it was like the healthy living project or the health foundation for moms?
(07:25):
Oh, I like that. What if it’s about like something like abundant health?
(07:28):
Like the health foundation, abundant health, the healthy mama reclaims health. You could go as far as to say emotional eating in the title because it’s like that flipping obvious.
(07:46):
Right.
(07:46):
You’re going to drive a lot of traffic organically by having a title that’s that clear. Tell me what you’re liking, what you’re not liking.
(07:54):
I do like the idea of having it in there because I like that’s what people are coming to me for. They know right off the bat. I like having it in the title.
(08:03):
Alison, what if it was emotional eating mentor? What if that was the show because that’s what you are? Can you guys Google emotionaleatingmentor.com? Is that one on GoDaddy? Is that available? Or emotional eating coach?
(08:16):
That’d be right.
(08:17):
Yeah. The emotional eating coach, emotional eating mentor. I like emotionaleatingmentor.com is available.
(08:27):
Oh awesome.
(08:28):
Thank you guys. That would be so great because it also has a little bit of the emotional “M” and mentor it’s flows really well. It’s sticks out.
(08:38):
I love that. That feels really good. Okay. So if we rolled with that emotionaleatingmentor.com, emotional eating mentor podcast, imagine that on the graphic. Right? Nice and big. Then your tagline that you could plug in there is overcome emotional eating and find peace for overwhelmed moms.
(09:02):
Oh, I like that.
(09:04):
Overcoming emotional eating and find peace and health for overwhelmed moms.
(09:10):
Oh, that’s good. Yeah.
(09:13):
It feels good. Yeah.
(09:17):
I love that. So now Alison, you get to talk about anything in the realm of mindset, health, emotional eating, and then pitch yourself as, hey guys, I offer emotional eating mentorship sessions. Please let me help you navigate this journey.
(09:32):
Oh, I love that. Is there any part of it that you would include, whether the description or whatnot of, I definitely connect most with women of faith where I can relate scripture and I can tie that in? Is that something that should go in the description or is that something they should find out about me?
(09:52):
I would sprinkle it in the description.
(09:55):
Okay.
(09:56):
So I would say like, are you struggling with emotional eating? Do you constantly find yourself caught up in your emotions and then getting lost in covering those up with food, distraction, busyness, all of the things that are keeping you stuck, unhealthy, and feeling guilty?
(10:18):
Welcome to your emotional eating mentor, where I’m going to break through the blocks that you’ve been facing when it comes to health, mindset, and emotional eating, because you don’t have to be held in chains any longer. Let me help set you free from this bondage that you’ve been struggling with for far too long. Between faith and health foundations, we will conquer this together.
(10:41):
That’s so good. Thank you so much!
(10:45):
You’re welcome. All right, let’s go to Antoinette. Are you in the house? There she is. Give me your one liner.
(10:53):
I help working moms combat overwhelm and fatigue to reach their goals through home and life management systems.
(11:02):
Okay. One clarifier here. Are you helping moms create home and life management systems to combat overwhelming fatigue?
(11:12):
Yes.
(11:13):
Okay. There it is. I help working moms combat overwhelming fatigue through home and life management systems. Okay. Let’s cut to reach their goals. So what are we doing? Are we titling?
(11:30):
So I had a title I shared with you achieve it mama podcast.
(11:34):
Oh yes. Okay.
(11:36):
So a Holy Spirit moment, very excited about it. So I guess working on tagline and description.
(11:42):
Was achieve it mama available?
(11:44):
It was and I believe it still is. I was waiting for today to get the Stefanie seal of approval.
(11:52):
That’s right. So achieve it mama, let’s just for a second, feel into this and make sure it’s right. When we all hear achieve it mama, do we think of, I think of goals. I think of entrepreneurship. I think of hustle. Right guys? Let’s just play with that for a second and make sure it’s right. If we love it, we’ll just add that tagline that’s very clarifying.
(12:14):
Okay.
(12:15):
But it could be something like home and life management, like literally that could be your podcast title. Right? Just as an SEO play. It could also be mama gets it together, get it together mama. That makes me think more of like systems, organization, and life management. Yeah. Get it together mama is kind of fun. Then you could put underneath that, Antoinette, home and life management for overwhelmed moms.
(12:48):
Right.
(12:49):
Then that’s a little bit more clear. So how do you feel? If you’re like, no it’s achieve it mama, then it’s achieve it mama.
(12:56):
I like the get it together. I am very emotionally tied to the achieve it mama.
(13:01):
Okay, cool. So with achieve it mama, if we were to roll with that one, let’s just give you a tagline that’s super clear.
(13:08):
Okay.
(13:08):
Something like achieve it mama; home and life management systems to combat overwhelm and fatigue. No, I don’t even like the emotional in there. What else? Home and life management systems, what does that mean?
(13:20):
It’s habits and routines. The way you get things done.
(13:23):
Okay. Achieve it mama. Get more done through home and life management systems. That brings us to achieve it. Get more done through home and life management systems. There it is. That feels really good.
(13:40):
It does feel good. Well, yeah. I knew that it was going to need a tagline that clarified.
(13:44):
Yeah. I love that. I’ll read you a description.
(13:48):
Okay. We get this recorded, right? Yeah. You guys can never write this fast. Okay. Not everyone will get a description. It depends on how far you are into your clarity journey. Okay.
(13:58):
Hey, overwhelmed mama, are you feeling super frustrated right now with the growing to do list, the mess in your house, the lack of organization, and you are ready to get it together and achieve more organization and have more with less? Let’s get ready to achieve it mama.
(14:18):
Let’s get more done through home and life management systems so that you can feel at peace in your surroundings, you can have more efficiency, and you can be more present with your family. Let’s streamline your processes. In this show, you will find all of the life management systems you need to get it done. I’m Antoinette welcome…
(14:49):
So play with that, right? Make that your own, you guys. Or if you love mine, use mine exactly. It’s fine. Whatever speaks to you. But we get to plug in the emotional stuff into the description, right? The triggers that your person is facing.
(15:05):
So Antoinette, what is she feeling? Write those emotional words down and plug them into that description. So is she overwhelmed? She’s frustrated, got a mess, needs to declutter, tired, overwhelmed, and she’s at her wits’ end. But why? She doesn’t know how to start? What is the system?
(15:25):
What do you mean I do something on a Sunday like this one thing and it helps me all week long? I can streamline my process? What does decluttering look like? Cool?
(15:37):
Yes.
(15:38):
Yeah. I love it. Okay. Let’s go to Barbara May, are you here? Hi Barbara. There you go.
(15:52):
Hello.
(15:53):
Okay. Read me your one liner.
(15:56):
I help women discover their purpose by teaching them how to step into their power through faith based living.
(16:06):
Expand on that for me. How?
(16:07):
For me, it all starts with the divine within girlfriend.
(16:10):
Okay. What next?
(16:13):
We’re going to talk about self love and understanding your words and understanding your worth as a child of God and struggling through transitions in life at almost 47 years old. I’m not necessarily talking to all the mamas who have toddlers and elementary school kids. I’m talking to the moms whose kids are graduating and they have just graduated and all that kind of stuff. Now what are we going to do with our lives?
(16:37):
Okay. Then what’s your end goal here, Barbara? You get a mom going through a transition. Her kids are going off to college. She’s feeling lost. You bring her back to the word. You’re helping her navigate her own worth, finding her new happiness because her kids are gone. What’s your goal with her? What do you want her to end up doing through learning this stuff with you?
(16:57):
To live in alignment with who she is and to find some sort of purpose beyond being a mom. As moms, we tend to wear that hat and that becomes our identity. I’ve seen a lot in my life and the women that I’ve worked with for a ministry that once they don’t have kids anymore, they don’t know who they are.
(17:16):
So we’re discovering or rediscovering who they are and what God wants them to do with the rest of their life now that they’ve raised their babies.
(17:24):
So can we say something like, and when I say this, you guys do not have to say yes to me, but this is to give you an idea.
(17:31):
Yeah.
(17:32):
I help women rediscover their purpose after, as an empty nester, the kids are gone in phase two of life can we just say that? We can still keep through faith at the end. Really you’re targeting a specific niche. You’re not just saying I help everybody rediscover their purpose.
(17:55):
Right.
(17:55):
You’re helping a specific woman. It’s after her kids are older. So, can you guys help me. If you have ideas of what that word is, I’m looking for like, yes. Is it an empty nester? Is that the word?
(18:05):
I don’t know.
(18:06):
I help women rediscover their purpose as an empty nester, through faith and worth or through faith and self-love.
(18:15):
Faith based living is I guess the terminology that I’ve always used.
(18:20):
That’s fine. I help women rediscover their purpose as an empty nester through faith based living.
(18:25):
Feels like there’s not enough there yet.
(18:28):
Okay. Remember though, this is your one liner, this is the specific, right? Then you get to go be emotional in the description you guys, you want your one liner everybody to just hit her in the face. What do I do? Right. I am a clarity coach and a podcast coach. For Christian mompreneurs. That’s it.
(18:52):
I’m going to make you guys feel all kinds of types of ways when you read my stuff and when you listen to me, but you got to be able to spit it out. Right? Barbara, like, yeah. I help women rediscover their purpose as empty nesters through faith based living. That’s powerful. Okay. Feedback everybody. Is there a different word that you guys are liking better than this?
(19:09):
Well she said that she likes the word transitions. I like that word because we transitioned through multiple phases of our lives. I just don’t think that it goes in the one liner very well and is more of a tagline or description.
(19:23):
Well, thought, so I help women in transition, rediscover their purpose through faith-based living. Oh, that feels better. Right? Thank you.
(19:37):
See, you guys are so good. That’s why you’re here. I help women in transition rediscover their purpose through faith based living. There it is. That feels really flowy and it’s very safe. So how can we title this, Barbara? Now what does Barbara do? Okay.
(19:58):
I help women in transition, blah, blah, blah. What’s the tagline? It’s rediscover your purpose through faith based living. We may title it like mama in transition.
(20:12):
Y’all got to see my aha moment.
(20:14):
I love it. Come to life. You guys check that .com for us. Mom in transition. I love that. I’m stuck there because I really like it. Let’s see if it’s available. It’s not Kelsey said. What about mom in transition? Mother and motherhood in transition? Mama spelled the other way in transition. Mama in transition is available with momma.
(20:45):
The only thing with that is you guys are constantly saying, go to mama and transition momma. You know, like you don’t want to have to do that. Motherhoodinransition.com is available. Mom in transition. Is that one available, Antoinette?
(20:59):
Yeah.
(20:59):
Wow. There it is. Mom in transition more searchable than any of these. That’s it! Love it, mom in transition. That’s more searchable than mama. Does that feel good, Barbara?
(21:10):
Yes, it does.
(21:12):
Boom. We ended with 10 seconds. Oh my gosh. It’s amazing. Love it. Cool.
(21:20):
Okay guys, we’re going to go to Sherry Maguire.
(21:25):
Good morning.
(21:26):
Good morning. How are you?
(21:29):
Good. Thank you. We had a power hour back at the end of December. Came up with ignited with grace. I really, really love. So the one liner is I help women find peace, joy, value self-worth, and strengthened relationships through spiritual growth.
(21:51):
So just recently, since last week, I’ve been thinking about adding, because of my background, adding physical fitness and spiritual growth, because I believe if someone is spiritually fit, then they’ll, you know, make healthier lifestyle choices, have strengthened relationships, and have an abundant life. So how would I transition to that? Using the ignited with race website and podcast name? Cause I really liked that.
(22:19):
Okay. I help ignite women through physical fitness and spiritual growth. I empower women through physical fitness and spiritual growth. It’s that simple, right? Because peace, joy, and self-worth those are offsets of having physical fitness and spiritual growth, right?
(22:39):
Yes.
(22:40):
We can plug that in your amazing description. Does that one liner feel okay to you?
(22:44):
Yes. I like the empower.
(22:46):
Is there’s something you don’t like?
(22:49):
No, no, I love how I empower women through physical fitness and spiritual growth.
(22:56):
Yeah. So example description for you would be, hey friends, are you searching for empowerment and looking for that missing piece of the puzzle? Have you ever considered that maybe you’re not yet ignited?
I believe that when you pair physical fitness and spiritual growth, you transform from the inside out. I believe that you can tap into joy, peace, self worth, and your inner strength through fitness, wellness, health, and spiritual awakening or faith. So grateful that you’re here, let’s go on this journey together so that we can become ignited with grace.
(23:43):
I like it, it sounds good.
(23:45):
So play with that. Make it your own Sherry. But yes, is that not the truth? How do we become ignited you guys? We have to be healthy, have the right mindset, and have to have our spiritual growth. So I think it’s a beautiful thing for you to open that door, Sherry. Then because you do fitness, maybe you can monetize it that way.
(24:06):
Yeah or some coaching aspect, health coaching aspect. I bought a program years ago that I haven’t done much with and it’s three, six, nine and 12 month program, but they have a Christian version of the program as well that came with that. So I mean that I could monetize that way.
(24:23):
Perfect. Yeah. Hey, did you guys like this episode on three ways to tap into self-worth? Did you know that I am running a six month faith fueled wellness program? I would love to talk to you more about if that would be in alignment for you. If you’re ready to completely transform your physical fitness and have that faith component as well, this is for you. Come learn more at or email me.
(24:50):
That sounds so good. Just a question. So like some of these, so this program, it’s like with PowerPoints and handouts, so click be passive say on teachable. So if someone wants one on one coaching, I can do that. But they also, I could run like a program just on Teachable without the coaching component.
(25:11):
Anytime you guys can teach a system that doesn’t need you. Right? So if Sherry says there is a four tier system to getting somebody a result, she can package that as an eCourse. That can be passive. Here’s the thing with health and wellness people won’t do it.
(25:30):
So you want to think about how do I get someone to do the things they would not normally do. You have to add an accountability aspect to it, Sherry, where I would maybe do like, have everybody take the course, but then have everyone get on a Zoom together once a month. They have to like report stats and be accountable and have an accountability buddy.
(25:49):
So you can have a hybrid product that has both the eCourse component. So you’re not spending hours teaching the same thing over and over. But don’t forget. Where’s the accountability come from? The coaching Sherry, of course I would still offer a premier level as well. Coaching one on one too.
(26:09):
Yeah, this is so great.
(26:11):
Good.
(26:13):
I was since last week I’ve been focusing on it and trying to transition it from what we talked about the end of December to now it is perfect.
(26:23):
Good. I love that. I’m excited for you. Yay. Get it girl.
(26:31):
We are going to move to Christie. Give me your one liner.
(26:38):
I help Christian women over 40, devastated by divorce, and narcissistic abuse find joy, peace, and purpose by renewing their faith in God and themselves.
(26:57):
What a great mission. I love that you are super niche, but this is too long.
(27:07):
I tried to fit it all in.
(27:09):
How about I help divorced Christian women overcome abuse and devastation through God? You said themselves, but they can’t say themselves. Inner strength.
(27:25):
Yeah. I like that.
(27:28):
I don’t know what I just said, but I hope you wrote that down.
(27:30):
No, I’m going back to the recording.
(27:34):
I helped divorced Christian women overcome devastation and abuse through faith in God and inner work.
(27:42):
Yeah. I like that. Do I need to put in that over 40?
(27:46):
No, here’s the thing your messaging can be for that woman over 40, but it probably can help anybody that’s gone through a devastating divorce or dealt with narcissistic abuse, right? I think that’s niche enough.
(28:00):
Okay. Well that’s what I did. I was trying to niche it down.
(28:04):
I feel you. Okay. So if we have that as your thing and what you do, what are we titling this? Do you have an idea?
(28:10):
Well, I have like three, but I don’t know. Divorced doesn’t define me, but I don’t know whether to use me or you. Redefining divorced? And then I just said, well I was divorced over 40. But then I don’t know. Those are the ones I was kind of messing with. They’re all available in all categories. I’ve already checked it all.
(28:36):
I love redefining divorced.
(28:38):
Because my whole thing is like being categorized as a divorce, you know? They put that stigma on it. You’re divorced. I don’t want to be, I’m not divorced. I’m Christie with a purpose in this life. So I want to redefine divorced.
(28:55):
What if it was like divorced isn’t damaged?
(28:59):
Yeah. I like that.
(29:01):
Redefined divorce. I’m having trouble with that one. It’s like hard to say it redefining divorced. Just a lot. A mouthful. Divorce doesn’t define me is also really good and that’s easier to say. Okay, what do you guys think? What does everybody vote? I kind of liked that first one. Divorce doesn’t define me.
(29:20):
Yeah. Then should I say me or you? Right when they read it, it’s going to be like me.
(29:28):
I like me because it’s also, you’re not pointing a finger at people You’re saying you’ve also been there. Okay. Let’s see what everybody, what their votes are. Redefine divorce. Antoinette threw that out. Define your divorce. I like redefined divorce as well. Divorce doesn’t define me. I kind of like divorce doesn’t define me. It’s so powerful.
(29:48):
It’s like, what you just said. I am not divorced and I am bigger than this label. You’re getting power back to the woman who’s been through it.
(30:03):
Okay. Yay.
(30:04):
Here’s your tagline. Overcoming devastating divorce or abuse. Cause it can be one or the other, right? Devastating divorce or abuse through faith and inner strength.
(30:17):
Do I need to just define the abuse as narcissistic abuse?
(30:23):
Isn’t there so many facets of abuse? You can say, hey guys, I experienced narcissistic abuse, but there’s many different forms. There’s verbal abuse and physical and narcissistic. Are you kind of speaking out against abuse in general?
(30:35):
Yeah. My clarifying thing is like the same as I forget who we asked it before, but what do I identify myself as? A coach, a mentor? Then is it a divorce coach, empowerment, or self love? I mean, there’s like a million. Yeah.
(30:57):
But if you’re an identity coach after divorce? Because if you hate seeing divorce, you’re not a lawyer helping her with her divorce. You’re an identity coach, a purpose coach, and a worthiness coach/mentor. I kind of like identity. I think that’s probably really where she’s struggling.
(31:15):
Yeah.
(31:16):
Been labeled. She feels less than. She’s hiding behind it. It was not a nice divorce. It was ugly. So there’s all these other pieces that are hurting her.
(31:25):
So what if it’s an identity coach after divorce or identity mentor after divorce?
(31:30):
Okay.
(31:31):
Yay. All right. We’re out of time.
(31:33):
Thank you.
(31:34):
You’re welcome. Okay. We are going to Debra. There she is. I know your one liner, but the girls don’t so give it to me.
(31:44):
Well, okay. So got a little confused with my one liner since our call, but this is putting all my entrepreneurial synapses going crazy here. So how about the one liner? I’m going to do it under we because it fits the company. Right? So the one liner would be, we help dogs to live their best life through natural remedies and set shelter pets free.
(32:08):
That’s so freaking good.
(32:10):
Really?
(32:11):
I felt good as I typed it. It was so short. We help dogs live their best life through natural remedies and set sheltered pets free. Did you guys agree on the title that we talked about?
(32:29):
I think so.
(32:32):
What you’re telling me about what it is?
(32:34):
Okay. So the one liner, where would that be?
(32:38):
But then we’ll look at that. Give me the title. I want to play on set free if we’re going there.
(32:42):
So the title was dogs set free. This is the podcast for all your dog lovers out there who care deeply about canine wellbeing and health brought to you by Abe’s Canine. The honest choice for dog health, where our CBD, this is where it gets murky, can save your dog from pain, suffering, and anxiety. Join us to talk about all things dogs.
(33:04):
Deb has a dog CBD company. That’s why we’re going in this direction. They want to really like empower this canine community and help them get new homes and live healthier lives and be energetic. So what was the one liner we wrote down, Deb?
(33:17):
I wrote down dogs set free. Where we stand up for wellness and awareness for canine lovers.
(33:24):
That’s what it was. It was wellness and awareness for canine lovers.
(33:30):
Yeah.
(33:31):
All right. So the one liners, like, what is this? So dogs set free. Wellness and awareness for canine lovers. That’s like what you’re doing here, right? Because yeah, it’s so clean. Now when you get into like go deeper, like give me the emotional, give me the descriptions, Deb. Then we get to say, we help dogs live their best lives through natural remedies and we help set sheltered pets free.
(34:00):
We’re so grateful to this canine community for helping us step up into this place and speaking out for the dogs who can’t speak up for themselves and through our CBD line, we are able to offer them rest and healing in a natural way.
(34:19):
Right? Okay. So those are the feelers, which are great. So I go back to our one-liner that we had picked wellness and awareness for canine lovers. That’s my gut. Anybody have any feedback on that versus something like natural remedies and setting sheltered pets free. I think dogs set free is implying that we’re helping dog, Deb.
(34:43):
Where would the one liner live?
(34:45):
That lives on your podcast? So you guys have your title dogs set free with your cute little dogs, like maybe some character dogs or some puppies. People love puppies. Then across the bottom or wherever in the little line is your one liner, everyone. It says wellness and awareness for canine lovers.
(35:03):
Deb, you might also put real tiny in the corner, a brought to you by Abe’s Canine CBD.
(35:10):
Yeah. Okay.
(35:11):
Then your one liner can also go if you guys want to see when you title your show in Podbean, which you’ll learn inside of the course, you’re going to put dogs set free – wellness and awareness for canine lovers.
(35:25):
What does that do? More SEO, more searchability for you. The author of your podcast we’ll ask who’s the author. Don’t use Deb. Don’t use your names. Use Abe’s Canine CBD.
(35:39):
Yep. Abe’s canine CBD. So the tagline that I couldn’t remember exactly is actually that this is what we’re trying to trademark right now.
(35:46):
That’s through your CBD company though, right?
(35:51):
Yeah. So it’s Abe’s Canine, honest choice for dog health.
(35:55):
That’s great. I love it. But it’s that’s your CBD tagline. If we were to say that the honest choice for dog health, that doesn’t on a podcast that doesn’t drive organic traffic.
(36:08):
Okay.
(36:09):
Okay. Does that feel a bit more clear on like what the podcast stuff is going to be?
(36:14):
So the podcast is going to be dog set free wellness and awareness for canine lovers brought to you by Abe’s Canine CBD.
(36:23):
Yep. Make sure you plug CBD into Abe’s Canine, because they don’t know what that means.
(36:28):
Yeah. Okay. Dog set free wellness awareness for canine lovers. Okay. I think I should just write that over again. The author is Abe’s Canine CBD.
(36:36):
Okay. Yup. Then your description is the big emotional piece, right? So like calling all dog lovers. Do you own a dog or do you stand up for canine rights? Are you on a mission to help set sheltered pets free? Us too. Welcome to your new tribe. We are so happy that you found dogs set free.
(37:01):
In this podcast, you will find wellness, energy, and health, the natural way for your pet or your dog to live their best life and awareness for other canine lovers just like us. It’s time that we stand up for the dogs who can’t speak up for themselves and set them free.
(37:21):
Oh my gosh. That’s gold.
(37:27):
We did it with a minute to spare.
(37:35):
For the doggies!
(37:40):
Okay. Your title, your tagline, and your description, Deb, you are ready to go.
(37:45):
Yeah. Perfect. I love how you put the mission in there because I actually wrote a description and I had almost the same, some of the same language around a mission. We’re on a mission to do this and also provide natural remedies.
Then I wrote down like 10 ideas for the podcast topics just based around health and wellness and tips and the things that we talked about. I was like, we can even get into talking about why raw food might be a better option than dry foods.
(38:14):
Anything that the dog set free community, which is a Deb community, would want to know or talk about is a go.
(38:21):
Yeah.
(38:21):
Then one last thing, because we are out of time, make sure in that description, Deb, that you say at the very bottom brought to you by the number one CBD company for dogs, Abe’s CBD. You claim that because like what I told you in our one-on-one, there’s all these CBD companies with sprinkles for animals and pets, but we are niching into dogs specifically.
(38:47):
Okay. Thank you!
(38:49):
You’re welcome. I hope you loved that workshop as much as I loved putting it on, we had a blast. Anyway. I just want to leave you with prayer. Now I pray over you that you are finding presence and peace right now in this crazy time that we are in that you are able to slow down, breathe in the miracles that are surrounding. That every season and every situation that we find ourselves in this crazy world, that God will make good of it because he wastes nothing in this moment of slow of peacefulness.
(39:25):
Maybe it’s a moment of busy-ness for you. Maybe you’re a health provider or somebody in the service industry and you are working so hard. Listen, even in that season of busy, God will make good for your life. For your situation. There is something, a miracle, a blessing that he’s brought to you are you opening your mind, heart, body, spirit, and eyes to what that could be.
(39:54):
Sometimes I have to be still enough to hear the miracle, to feel the Holy Spirit, just move me. So I pray that you have that intuition, that God shows you what he needs to show you during this time.
That you are brave enough to follow that lead, follow the call and step out with trust, faith, and believe in him because our Lord, our father is here for us every day today, tomorrow and forever. I’ll meet you back here soon. Love you lots. As always love and light, Stef.
The more I get to know my students and the more I participate in masterminds with my peers the more I’m starting to comprehend the overarching problem and prevalence of one, perfectionism, and two, overthinking.
Perfectionism keeps us in a place of constant consumption and learning. Redoing things over and over and thinking that we can’t move forward until they measure up to some elusive standard.
